Big O's is the first place I go to for tires, balance & rotations, alignments and engine work. They stand behind their work and I've always trusted them. Over the years, I've purchased more than 30 new tires at Big O, it's nice when they greet you by name when you arrive.

We were broke down on side of the road with a flat tire on the trailer. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a new tire, and the sales guy knew my wife was sitting on the side of the road with our trailer. Excellent service.

Service personnel were very friendly and helpful. Work was completed quickly.

My family and I was traveling through to Colorado. The team here at Rolla got us right in, in under 5 min. They found a nail in driver rear tire and we were fixed up and ready to go in under 20 minutes!!

I called them to get a comparison price on a set of tires that had been quoted for me by a local car dealer. Although their price for that tire was higher, they actually had a Michelin tire with a better quality rating for a lower price! I made an appointment and they had the change completed in about 45 minutes.

My brakes were replaced and fell within the warranty period. No cost to me at all.

It was a pleasant trip to Big O tires of Rolla Mo. Staff was polite and i was told there was foing to be a wait. I told them that was fine. 2 minutes later my car was in the shop. Ok did i miss something?? " what wait." It took longer for my phone to update than it did for them to finish putting 4 tires on. Thanks Big O of Rolla

The knowledge of the techs was great. They knew exactly what size of tire I could put on my truck and which ones would look better. They gave me three different options all were at great prices. They worked with me on getting me scheduled for the service and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great job all the way around.

I called for a tire quote and Jeremy was patient holding on the line with me as I ran out to my car to check tire size. Make sure to have that before you call. He gave me a reasonable price quote. I attempted to schedule an appointment but was conflicted as I am busy all of the time nowadays. Jeremy heard that in my voice and offered to pick up my car from work right then and have it back to me by the end of the day. Tires changed, alignment done and back to me in about 2 hours. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a bad customer experience at the Big O in Saint Robert MO. I was very apprehensive about going to another one. My parents suggested I tried the location in Rolla near them and I will not go anywhere else to have my maintenence done on my car.

Dakota was shorthanded this morning, but it did not prevent him from helping the customers, even during a very busy 20 minute stretch. The shop was also down some help, but Dakota handled it all in stride and kept his cool under pressure. Dakota was still as friendly after the stressful 20 minute time period, as he was when I appeared earlier that morning. As usual, the customer service was really good. Thanks Dakota and the guys in the shop for another job well done!
