The associates were honest and communicated expected timeframes and cost in a timely manner.

33 foot travel trailer into store less than one half hour before closing with two shredded trailer tires. Also one tire low on pressure. Staff removed and replaced all four tires and had me road ready within 25 minutes. Price of tires was very equitable. All staff from desk to service were highly professional and most friendly. People at Big O in Rolla,Mo while I was there lost both compressors After communicating to customers the got together and thought the best way was to get a compressor from Lowes only a block away. As soon as they got back with the compressor they mounted and balanced my new tires. I say a job well done under the circumstances.
