Big O Tires

Fast, Friendly, Nice Atmosphere.

I had a bad customer experience at the Big O in Saint Robert MO. I was very apprehensive about going to another one. My parents suggested I tried the location in Rolla near them and I will not go anywhere else to have my maintenence done on my car.

33 foot travel trailer into store less than one half hour before closing with two shredded trailer tires. Also one tire low on pressure. Staff removed and replaced all four tires and had me road ready within 25 minutes. Price of tires was very equitable. All staff from desk to service were highly professional and most friendly. I have never had any bad experiences dealing with Big O, keep up the top shelf service. VR. Pete Manewal

Dakota was shorthanded this morning, but it did not prevent him from helping the customers, even during a very busy 20 minute stretch. The shop was also down some help, but Dakota handled it all in stride and kept his cool under pressure. Dakota was still as friendly after the stressful 20 minute time period, as he was when I appeared earlier that morning. As usual, the customer service was really good. Thanks Dakota and the guys in the shop for another job well done!

They squeezed me in for an oil change and inspection. When my truck didn't pass inspection, they did what was needed in a timely manner.

People at Big O in Rolla,Mo while I was there lost both compressors After communicating to customers the got together and thought the best way was to get a compressor from Lowes only a block away. As soon as they got back with the compressor they mounted and balanced my new tires. I say a job well done under the circumstances.

I had a lawn mower tire repaired. I dropped it off and the job was completed in a timely manner.

While traveling to meet our daughter and grandson I discovered an issue with one of the tires on my daughter's car. Your facility made appropriate repairs in a timely manner and got her back on the road. Much appreciated!

The staff has always been helpful and have worked on all my rolling stock, no need to look past Big-O Rolla.

This Big O gives great customer service. The managers/techs are polite, professional, and efficient at all times. I drive 35 miles each way to get there and it is worth it.
