Went to big o with issues with my truck. They assured me it would be finished the same day, then around 6pm there was more issues with my truck. was having a tire that had a slow leak, went by the rolla mo store. they got me in right away, aired the tire up and I left. barely made it 5 blocks and the tire began leaking faster. went back, they got me in right away and patched the leak. quick, painless, and made a flat of Christmas Eve no a big deal. thanks gang.

We are from out of town and got a flat. It was 30 minutes before they closed and you would have never known, he was super polite and nice! Got it all patched up, put back on and sent us on our way in record time with a smile and a “have fun at the concert!” I hate that I didn’t catch his name

Like other customers, I travel about 70 miles for the free tire rotation with oil change at Rolla Big O on Thursday - ladies day. I have interacted with both Dakota Selby and Shannen Brown. I feel complete trust and confidence in these two young men to advise and guide me about maintenance and repair to my car. I live on country roads, and my car is not pampered. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the comprehensive vehicle check and recommendations. I highly recommend Rolla, Missouri's Big O Tire Store. They have excellent customer service and car care. Big O is lucky to have Dakota and Shannen on staff. I am a loyal customer.

I use Big O in Rolla all the time for all of our vehicles. They are very good. They never treat me like a dumb woman like some places. They always thoroughly explain what needs to be done and try to find ways to help me save money. They always find a way to work me in without an appointment and still get done in a surprisingly fast amount of time. Shannon usually takes our information and the guys in the shop are incredible! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My car wheel axle was broken and tie end road also broken. Tyres also broken. When i reached to Big O Tyres they inspected and provided exact information and wondering quote.

Took my dually to BigOTires tonight to change the back tires on it right when the weather was starting to get bad and I pulled up and went in and was politely greeted and Dakota Shelby helped me with exactly what I needed and sent me on my way telling me it'd be done that night and it sure was. Greatly appreciate Dakota and BigOTires!!!
