Big O Tires

Had 3 bad experiences with big O at my home town in bentonville ar. Horrible customer service there. I recently was travelling and in rolla mo there was a big O across stretch from my hotel. I went in and met mike. I was expecting same experience I had already at bentonville store but got the total opposite.Mike was excellent to work with and I got perfect service with him with no BS. I purchase 4 new tires and couldn't be happier. Thanks Mike and hopefully someday bentonville will gain my support again but I still don't plan on going there. I just wish rolla was closer to me.

The did an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 Honda CR-V in about 15 minutes. Felt like a NASCAR pit stop. Thanks for respecting my time and getting this done so fast.

Thank you for good service, after blowing a tire on the freeway I came to your place for 2 new tires for my camper. You also checked the camper brakes on the passenger side and you backed my rig out of your lot for me. My only regret is I should have replaced all 4 tires because the next day the rear axel tire on the driver side blew out and I had to get help again.

Loved my experience. They listened to what I wanted. Didn't try to push me into anything else and didn't try selling me something "better". I was in and out in a decent amount of time. Loved this experience.

Great team. There was a power outage while I was there and the team went elsewhere to finish my tire to finish the work on my car in a timely manner. That shows dedication.

When fixing a tire they found a bad ball bearing and were able to replace it.

These guys are amazing. Not only did they fix my 16-year old Volvo that previously only a dealer could do, they gave me a ride home 35 miles in a snowstorm. Thank you.

I was hauled in on a flatbed roadside assistant truck with a flat tire and no anti-theft lug nut adapter! Your guys were friendly, courteous, and professional while taking care of me. I was in/out of your business within 90 minutes and on the road again. And you didn't attempt to "scalp' this hapless traveler. I am now back home in Ohio and the final leg of my trip was uneventful. Thanks so much for taking care of me - it was appreciated.

was having a tire that had a slow leak, went by the rolla mo store. they got me in right away, aired the tire up and I left. barely made it 5 blocks and the tire began leaking faster. went back, they got me in right away and patched the leak. quick, painless, and made a flat of Christmas Eve no a big deal. thanks gang.
