Big O Tires

I really like my Uniroyal Tiger Paws I bought there. They had the better prices than the main competitor next door and put the tires on in less than an hour. The techs were helpful. I even went back recently for a free no-hassle tire rotation. But I had to deduct one star because my salesman was too pushy in trying to sell me a warranty. Trying to scare an old man into buying sometime not needed was a little low.

Was able to get the type of tire wanted at a reasonable price. Did a lot of pricing and try offered me a good price. Price on line and schedule the time and all went well. Very friendly staff and very clean business. Would highly recommend to others.

This store was a good store with good service. What brought me to your store this month was a bit disappointing. I purchased big o brand tires three years ago for my F-250 truck. Over the past three years I have only put 14000 miles on these tires. I started feeling a vibration in the front end so I took the truck in for a second tire rotation and balance. When they check out the tires they informed me that two of the four tires had slipped belts and the other two was cupped badly. Of course I was told the warranty had expired last month because it was just a 3 year warranty with no consideration for mileage. Your company should be ashamed to sell such low quality tires.

Needed tires for my truck and they got me in and out quickly and at a cheaper price than several other places I got quotes from

The service was quick and the workers where friendly. I bought 5 tires that day, four of them for my s10 and one for my Ford van. I asked the counter guy to change the sensor for the tire pressure, he said it should have one and he would check on it. Well long story short, I went home put the tire on my van and drove 10 miles and the tire sensor fault came on. Changed tire with spare and light went off. So now I'm gonna have to take the tire and get a sensor put in it.

Had to get a flat patched they got my truck in the just as quickly as if I had bought a new set

Quick tire change and tire alignment. A little pricy but they got it done fast and with the tire I wanted.

I went there a few days ago. I was greeted by a friendly employee who helped me even though the store was close to closing. They where professional and helpful recommending the service I need. The mechanics did a detailed inspection in a timely manner. Then was explained the results and given the recommendations for the work that needed to be done.

2012 ram 2500. Pulled in towing a camper. With a sloppy front end. They rebuilt my whole front end for me that day. Did forget to tighten the tierod end. after 10 more hrs of driving i found it and had to set my toe my self. So they refunded me my alignment. I was the last rig on a friday.

I called for appointment and they got me in immediately. Good job, friendly associates, informative, and reasonable pricing. Thank you.
