Big O Tires

I usually use Big O for my vehicle inspections as well as all of my tire needs. I have always received great service at Big O in Rolla MO.

I had them do mechanical work on my truck and feel that they did a great job for a good price.Mechanic was very knowledgeable and found problem right away.I buy all tires there, 3 sets in the last couple of years.Good product at good prices.This is the first time I used them for a mechanical issue and very pleased.

I was told that Big O guys are known to do good work. I wasn't wrong. I had one tire out of balance and it was done in 20 mins. I am satisfied with it and would always prefer Big O for tire issues.

Only thing I wish is that when u spend $1500 on tires that they would include the first alignment

This was my first time experience with them. I have been a Ford customer for over 45 yrs. I plan on going back to Big O Tires on "ladies" day from now on. They forgot to write my appointment down when I call a week earlier but they my car right off. It did take a little longer than expected but I was still impressed with the service & professional treatment from the employees. Thank you for a good experience, I will tell others.

Everyone is professional and courteous

I came in on Wednesday to get the tires on my riding mower replaced and was told that they would have to order them. I thought to myself "Great, I won't be able to pick them up until next week". Then, the salesman said that he could have them ready for me bye 4 o'clock the following day. I was very happy for the quick turnaround and the service.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. It is refreshing to still be able to walk in to a business and be treated like they want you to be there!

Very helpful RIGHT when I walked into the door! I'm and out very fast. I needed to get to work but needed 2 tires before I went into work. Got out of there with enough tire to relax before I went to work.

Service was good, but it took an hour and a half to get 4 new tires installed, and I was told it would take 45 minutes. To be fair, it seemed like they may have gotten busy right after I came in, but the speed did not match up with what I had seen in reviews. They also accidentally left my punctured tire in my car, but gladly took it back after I let them know.

I thought the price was a little to high
