Went in for an inspection. Manager made time for me on a Saturday. I dropped the vehicle off and he called back. My tires were not in stock so I asked for an estimate and he had one waiting when I picked up the vehicle. Good service.

Best service you can get, I drive all the way from Jefferson City Mo to Rolla Mo to get my service done here, A++++

Beat a competitor's price on two tires.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue very for a very reasonable cost. Jeremy is excellent to work with.

They even worked me into their busy Saturday schedule and did the work we agreed upon. Much time an patience was spent detailing all of my many options. Still waiting for the billing; kind of concerned that they might make me miss a payment?

Went in needing a tire patch or replacement. Was taken care of quickly and at a great price. Will definitely be back any time I need service in Rolla.

Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took 2 hours to get 4 tires installed, and that was with an appointment. Way to long.

My sons car had a tire ruined the day he had to head back to college. Special size tire so it wasn't in stock. Big O's found some in a warehouse and had it brought in within two hours. Replaced the two back tires in 30 minutes and we were gone. Awesome. Love this place!

Big O's service keeps me coming back. I heard stories that would make me think twice about this franchise, but personally I have not experienced any negative issues here. Keep up the good work and your honesty.

I showed duo without appointment right before bad weather and they got me what I needed in a timely manor

The first customer service rep , who was away for honeymoon was the most friendliest, cared about his job attitude, and very honest and sincere young man, he has been the best customer rep we ever had at BIG O's. The young man who I believe has been there for awhile is and waited on us 10/22 always has an attitude his tone he seems to not treat people he doesn't know like they are not of importance to him. We're buying our tires there becausr my husband likes to make it a challenge with people like him. We had not been there for 3-4 years because I hate going there they are very very rude and unfriendly (unless they know you) we are retired from the military (don't judge a book by its cover) I never refer anyone to BIG OS they are the most expensive in town and then to have rude customer service WOW
