Big O Tires

I got a decent set of tires at a reasonable price considering I had a blow out on the highway an hour and a half from home. I would have preferred a better tire for my particular vehicle and the technician that installed them was very very slow.

Extremely friendly and helpful. They understood the problem,and gave a fair price. The truck was fixed in a timely manner. They even helped me get the truck home when my husband could not get home in time to pick it up. Super people to work with

Over all, a good product for a good price. Service was good. Probably will continue to do business here.

Great serviice always fast when we go in they are great with people

Took car in for State inspection. It passed. They noted a few areas on concern and I ended up biying a new tire...didn't have to but would have needed it in the near future. Would give 5 stars but they either failed to balance the tire or the weight fell off. I know they will correct this, but it's that why I ding them. Otherwise, great service.

Excellent service--my wife brought in my car and the employees were courteous and were able to work on the car right away. She said she also saw employees giving great service to other customers, and not putting pressure on people to buy things they did not need.

Great crew and service. I had no problems with them. I just feel they are little expensive, but its my first car and I am learning.

After having my oil changed by Big O Tires, I pulled out my dipstick to make sure it was filled to the right levels and such. When I pulled out my dipstick, there was a large chunk of cloth that had been jammed down into the dipstick tube. I assume the cloth came apart while wiping off the stick and stuck to it, however it should have been noticed when pushing it back into my car. I am now worried that I have more pieces of this cloth in the bottom end of my engine.

Shannen got me in for rotation, balance and inspection, and out in 40 minutes. Great service. Thanks

I really like the new Mesa a/p 2 tires I purchased from Big O Tires they were well worth the drive.

Kinda pricey Butt exilent service.

Went in for an alignment and have my tires rotated and a tire repaired due to it leaking air.Was charged for a flat repair on a tire that should of been covered by my warranty. Had to get a refund. Also, my Tire pressure fault sensor went off the same evening, I checked my tires. One had 40 lbs, one has 35, the other two 30. Sensor went off once i put the right amount of air in my tires.

good quality service

Staff is friendly and polite. Very good at getting you in same day and getting it work done even when they are busy. Not sure about some of the add-on services/flushes etc. They are a little vague on those and need repairs/parts. They are NOT good about giving itemized receipts and the receipts you do get don't have good decscriptions of services/products rendered.

Big O takes care of my vehicle with 355,000 miles on it. Thank you, Shannon! I know Big O will help me keep this car as long as possible.

I had a two hour wait when I have a re-arranged appointment.

Am very pleased with th suggestion of tire. I really like the way they look on my truck.
