I have purchased tires twice now from Big O. Great price and excellent service.

The continuing problem is that the WRONG mileage for my car was recorded on the bill of sale for the new tires I bought. This could potentially affect any future warranty claim. Also, it doesn't create a good impression to have this kind of mistake. I brought this to the manager's attention, he said it would be corrected and I would get something in the mail. I stopped back in the store after about a week, and then was told it would take up to two weeks. It has now been well over a month, I have received nothing. I am going to go once again to the store and see what is going on.

I have really had a great experience at Big O. I appreciate the quality of work and timeliness. But. Of course a but, right? The last couple of times I have been in for service the cross sell pressure has been uncomfortable.

I sent my daughter there last week because I was out of town. They took care of her car and let me pay over the phone. I appreciate you all very much.

The associates had a hard time finding my information and confirming my alignment package. I asked for an oil change, alignment, balance, and rotation. When I received my vehicle, the low tire pressure sensor was still on... I would have assumed this was part of the 21-point check, but possibly not. Also, twice they have not refilled my washer fluid.

If there is 0 star I will give it. My car vibrates and shudders when I accelerate it (i.g. going up a hill). I took my car to their store, and they drove my car along Hwy 63. Then, they said it is the issue of tires and I needed to change all the tires. I know the tires are old. Also, I am a new driver and almost know nothing about the car. After thinking a while, I though their price is acceptable and decided to change all the tires there. However, the problem is still there after replacing it.

I usually don't have a problem with the service here, but this last visit was a bust. I paid over 130 dollars to fix a "clicking" sound in my car when I thought I was paying to have my heater fixed. So, still no heat in the freezing weather. Highly pissed.

I was travelling to Arkansas from st.louis and had a blow out on hwy 44 west bound near st.james Missouri. I called ahead and explained my situation to jeremy, whom I presume was the service writer/manager. I asked what time he closed and explained I didn't know if I was going to get to him before he closed but desperately needed a specific sized uncommon tire, he said six but if I need to I can stick around to be sure you back in the road. That meant EVERYTHING to me. I myself am in the automotive industry and until this experience I didn't realize others in the same industry cared enough for people to do what it takes to help even if it means sticking around after hours to help someone in need. I ended up purchasing two tires and your boys jumped right on it quickly, thoroughly and efficiently to get myself back on the road knowing I was in a time pinch. I mentioned I should prob buy all four but y'all are about to close and I need to get rolling. Jeremy said well stay I'll out two more on for you. I regretfully declined and went in my way. Now this situation didn't really impact me as deeply as it did until I was returning to st.louis and unfortunately had another blow out ironically only mere miles from where I had the first blow out. Unfortunately it was memorial day and big-o-tires was closed so I was forced to run to Walmart with the one in tact tire I saved from the other rear tire that didn't blow. I show up to Walmart and quickly realized the difference in caliber of people I was currently dealing with vs the folks at big-o-tires. I roll the blown tire and wheel over along with the salvaged tired I saved and say to a tech I need to get these two valve stems replaced and this tire swapped. He looks at me with crossed eyes kneels down and calls a fellow tech over saying can we do this? He says uh I think so but you gotta get a ticket I said ok can you get started so I can get back in the road I still have two hours to go and need to get rolling. He replies with we can't until there's a ticket. So I had to weight for a gal who had to be 55+ yr old who had no business working with vehicles period to acknowledge me and explained my situation. She says well I can't just bump you in front of customers I have three other vehicles getting four tires and I have a tech down now working on a problem car. Which I would like to add was a vehicle he stripped the lug nut by using the wrong size socket. I said do u have a manager, she introduces me I again explain the situation she tells me it's against policy to bump customers and we actually have seven vehicles in front of you. I was blown away and grabbed my wheel and tires, threw them back in my trailer and continued on my two hour drive home on a smaller spare driving 50 mph making the two hour trip home from rolla to three hours. This was rolla's Walmart! I was about to have a nuclear melt down and was quickly reminded at how well I was taken care of and how friendly and willing the techs and management at big-o-tires were to me and although a lengthy survey or testimony I insisted to myself I take the time to commend the fellas at Rolla Missouri big-o-tires for the OUTSTANDING customer service and willingness to help a traveler in need. I can't thank those boys enough for what they did. If I had my way I'd be sure every single one of those fellas working on May 24th at 4:00 pm receive some sort of acknowledgement for their one of a kind service. Maybe a CASH BONUS or dinner for those families ON THE HOUSE!!! I hope this shines some light on those fellas because as a business owner I'd appreciate fellas like that working for me wearing my business name on their chest.

Well I dropped off my truck to have an engine installed. They didn't prime the oil pump and the engine was knocking bad. I had a warranty on the engine, but with them not priming the pump it wasn't covered. I loss $500 for returning the engine plus loss 780 in labor then had to buy new engine. The team members don't really communicate with each other. When the second engine was installed it came home with some bad squealing. I bought tims and tires also. I was told if the 35s rub they would go down to 33s. Well tires rub and I have 35s instead of going down to 33s. It's just sad my truck went in sounding good and came out with more noises then I care for. Thanks and have great day!

they forgot to put the sticker in the window to show me when I needs the next oil change, and this is not the first time. An oil change is the only reason for me to be on that side of town. it also makes you wonder if the oil was changed if they cant do something as simple as a sticker

In Sept 2017 I brought my car in for new tires all around. In November I brought it in for new brakes/rotors. February I brought it in for tire rotation and oil change and requested an estimate on a few repairs. I was charged $80 for a "complete diagnostic". Less than 4 weeks after this diagnostic, I had 2 calipers seize. One front and one back. Now Big O having looked at my wheels sept and November, put on new brakes/rotors and then rotated tires in February and did a "complete" diagnostic and no one noticed the calipers were worn or might be an issue. Of course the calipers going bad also trashed the 4 month old brake job. I did not have the money to replace the brakes and rotors again after paying $428 for calipers. So I have a trashed brake system due to either Big O mechanics overlooking the calipers or them causing the problem with inept workmanship. I like Big O tires. I've bought 4 complete sets. But you'll not do any repair work on my car again and I will tell everyone I know about it. I emailed Rusty Coats, the owner, or replied to an email i received with his name on it. No response. I have complained to corporate.

We just moved into the area and needed an inspection. A friend recommended them. They were very professional, and helpful. We ended up getting tires from them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a set of tires and had them mounted, also had an alignment done 22 March 2016. On 24 march 2016 I drove approximately five miles and determined that there was definitely a problem. The tires were either out of round or was not properly balanced. Returned today, 25 March to have the problem assessed. After telling the customer service rep (name unknown) what the problem was, the mechanic had to drive my vehicle, I suppose they did not think I knew what I was talking about. After my vehicle was worked on, the mechanic drove it again, I guess to see if he had fixed the problem, returned and told me that Michelin tires have some sort of plastic piece on them and that they had to be rebalanced and re-coned, "It was our mistake". Which I have no idea what he was talking about!! When I asked for a work order or something to indicate that I had to return with a problem, I was told that there was no charge therefore there was no work order and/or any other kind of paper work generated; and looked at as if I was some kind of dumb-a-- for even asking. Granted I was not the most congenial since I am not accustom to buying four brand new tires and then being required to return two days later to have the job done right. Thank You for your time.

It didn't take long to diagnose the problem with the car, the asst. mgr. showed me the cause and recommended a fix. The car was repaired well within the timeframe they promised.
