I had recently bought a new tire from big O in August 2017. A week ago that same tire caught flat. I called in the morning to ask about getting a new tire and they said i would have to bring the tire up there. I told the guy on the phone I might have to drive it up (meaning flat tire still on car) because the tire was put on too tight for my guy friend to change and put the spare on. Guy on phone said ok and hung up. 2 hours later I bring the tire up there and I inquire about my replacement because I had a warranty on the flat tire. But after inspection, they noticed I drove on the tire which I told the guy I was and because of this I had to buy a brand new one. I was pissed because why didn't you guys relay that on the phone ? I have triple A and roadside assistance I would have just called them to help put a spare on or bring it up to big O. All in all they suck no more tires for me. Out of all 4 of my tires, the only tire that gets flat or messed up is the one I brought from them.

Management and staff were patient, polite, and very personable. Technicians were competent and thorough.Organized, well managed, and professional. What a tire store should be. Props to Jeremy, Nikki, and Dillon!

They got what I asked done but with a sour face on being very rude and sharp towards me. It seemed like they were having a bad day and treating me like I was a dumb college kid was there way to get over it

I had trailer tire blow out on my fifth wheel trailer over memorial day weekend coming from Chicago area heading to mountain home ark. not knowing the area , and after a scary time putting on the spare tire on I 44, I noticed the tire next to the one I changed was going bad , A gentleman from the Pilot truck stop pointed me in the direction of the Big O tire shop on next exit, the staff did a great job addressing my tire issues , I replaced all 4 tires , they were very friendly and saw that we were well taken care of , had us back on the road in less than a hour and 1/2, thanks guys for getting us out of a jam!

For one I waited 3 hrs for 4 new tires to be put on car. Then I bought a alignment also and they wasn't able to align back tires but I was still charged

We have been going there for years, recently had inspections on both our cars and new tires on my husbands truck. Last week my car battery died, a friend jumped me and I went straight to Big O tires. I can't remember the managers name; bald guy super nice came out of his office and recognized me. I said my husbands out of town my battery died and I'm afraid to turn off my car. As usual he was great! Told me it was no problem he would get me right in. Before I knew it he had taken care of it. I went to thank him but he was in the garage with his staff and didn't want to bother him. He is the reason we return over and over.

I went in for an oil change and was quoted $300 worth of things that "needed" to be fixed. Battery was bad, power steering fluid was bad, and I needed and Injection Cleaner. I decided to not do any of the extra things since I could get the battery replaced for free at AutoZone since it was under warranty and I wasn't sure about the other two things. The guy couldn't explain what the injection cleaner was and told me that if I just "asked my husband he would understand." Which is insulting. You should be able to explain your products. I went home and found out from my dad and father in law that the power steering fluid is perfectly fine.

I had my tires rotated and oil changed. They found that my front tires were out of alignment and asked if I wanted that fixed. I said yes. I am very please with their service. The staff is very friendly and very willing to help

I waited 3 hours for a simple tire swap. Definitely not impressed with a few mechanics they have in their shop. If you bought new rims why on earth would they ask if I wanted to use the rusted lug nuts on new wheels. Took extremely to long to do the task that was handed to them.

Took aver 2 hours to get tires! 4 people came in after we did and they were all finished before us! Besides the fact that it ended up costing way more than we expected!

I went in to have a nail pulled out of my tire and repaired and later found the nail was still in my tire. I'm wondering what I paid for.

I had an appointment it took over 2 hours to change 1tire and a simple alignment. When I asked why its taking so long they got smart with me and acted like I was out of line for asking. 2 hours for simple work really. The counter people need a class in customer service.

I had a real bad experience at the St. Robert store so we went to Rolla and Jermey and the other guy was so great! They were perfessional and treated me like a grown paying customer taking care of my car. Where the St Robert store did not. So I thank them and Jim Williams for their care and turning a bad experience at one big o tires to a great experience with anoth big o tires; I will return the next time I need my car fixed up.(:

I made an appointment to bring my car in for a vehicle inspection. The vehicle failed because of a bad tire. I purchased a set of tires and then they came back and said the car needed an alignment. I am not questioning the need for these services. I question the amount of time it took to perform these services. I sat there for over two hours waiting for the work to be completed and finally got up and went and asked how long it would be and my car is sitting there waiting for the alignment. By then I had places I needed to be so they suggested i could make and appointment to have the alignment done on another day. So far I am out $363. Still not a problem. I made an appointment to bring the car in a 10:30 in the morning a few days later to have the alignment done and to replace a low tire sensor that they said was bad when they put the new tires on. A $15.00 part, a $75 alignment, which is what they said that it would cost. I got there at 10:15. They took my car back almost immediately so I think that I will be on my way in 45 minutes to an hour since I had an appointment. At 11;30 I got up to see what was taking so long. My car is still sitting in the garage waiting to go on the rack for the alignment. Did I mention I had a 10:30 appointment? There was an issue with the alignment so the $75 quote wasn't even close. A $165 later and another 30 minutes and I am finally on the road. I some how feel that I may have had sucker written on my forehead. Maybe if all this had been done in a timely manner I would not feel so bad. Maybe you need to tell your employees when a customer is going to be waiting for services to be performed.

On Wed, a new belt was put on twisted and on the WRONG pulley during qn inspection at 8 A.M.. I have a picture. The belt is twisted and nicked. In addition, the bill is impossible to decipher. At the least, I should be reimbursed for the belt.
