I arrived with a tire that had a hole in it that had damaged the radials. I explained that I would be making a long trip the next week and needed a good tire. First of all I was made to feel like it was my fault and was I was being dishonest. All they did was an internal patch that failed the first day of the trip. It was repaired at a supporting dealer and that patch failed the next week on a sunday so I had to buy the tire at a different dealer. I will not recomend this Big O Store in the future.

I sent my wife in to get an inspection on her car. After my mechanic had already gone through the car and assured us it was safe to drive and compliant with all safety standards the technicians at the Rolla location failed her car for a bad ball joint. Our mechanic re-inspected it after and was still unable to see anything wrong with the ball joint. Then we took it to the Highway Patrol who was also unable to find anything wrong with the ball joint. When she returned to resolve the issue the workers openly complained and criticized my wife in front of her. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO TREATS WOMEN THIS WAY!!!

Time for my scheduled service took the vehicle in and next thing I know they had it in and started the service. There is no waiting and the staff is always friendly.

Had a 2 inch lift put on my 06 GMC the lift when on great and looks Great but my steering wheel was upside down and it pulled to the right really hard even worse when I hit my brakes I was told that they were going to do a front end alignment and it was never done and what was the Cherry on top was I just recently put new shocks all the way around on the truck I told him that I wanted to keep myFront and rear shock when I came up to pick up the truck I noticed the shocks were not in the truck I asked the gentleman at the front desk and he said one second One of the mechanics tried to keep my bookshelf in rout One of the mechanics tried to keep my Shox I saw him pull it out of A mechanics toolbox over all good customer service but overall was not what I expected

From the beginning (when I called to make an appointment) to the end ( when I walked out the door after my appointment), everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and my car was promptly serviced. I have recommended Rolla's Big O Tires in the past because everyone was so polite and hospitable and will do so in the future.

Your customer service person lied to me 3 × 1st time when I asked if they put a new Valve stem he said yes when I walked out there getting the tire on on the trailer and there was not a new valve stem the 2nd time when I asked him to check the air pressure on my other tires he said they already had I went out there their with my air gauge goes my tires low and the guy said that he did not do it then he asked me to move it closer to the building so I did he checked one tire out of 4 and said there you go and I said are you not gonna check the other two and he said well my hose is not long enough well can I move the vehicle over I said yes and acted very frustrated to do his job customer service representative I question him about it he said well hmmmm I don't know what to tell you I asked him to do it so three lies to me was not friendly so I will never recommend this to any of my family I have 7 kids 5 of them girls two of them boys and I would not send any of my family they're untrustworthy company

I normally use a tire company in Kansas City, but down here in rolla I went to replace an old tire that had been done in with no chance of repair at Big O'S Tires. They served within 15 minutes, courteous and exceptional.I highly recommend their tire services.

I recently went to Big O in Rolla Mo. to get tires for my wife's Yukon and I had a specific tire in mind and the guy behind the desk informed me that they had that tire in stock but then showed me a better tire that was actually cheaper due to the special offer of buy 3 get one free. I thought that was a very stand up thing to do. I will definitely buy all my tires there.

I asked the mechanics to see what the problem was with my vehicle. And I was told it's the steering pump. So I make an appointment and buy a pump. They take the old one out and put the new one in. After they change the steering pump they call and say it's not the pump it's the rack and pin. They offered to take labor off if we get our rack and pin fixed there. But WHY In the first place would you say it's one thing needed to be fixed when it's not that. We aren't rich. We are a family of six with two incomes and no government help. So we got a part on our vehicle fixed that didn't need it, and paid a couple hundred dollars for it. Our vehicle is still very hard to drive. With no steering. And we have four kids to provide transportation for. So we obviously don't have a couple hundred to waste... And not only after that, some kind of pulley came off and the belt fell off. I was told that someone must have loosend it because it should have never popped off like that.

Came in with tire with bent rim did wait about 10 min for someone to come to desk from the shop but the clerk seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying 2 tires getting mounted and rotated to front in a relatively short time Employees were friendly and also let me know about another tire having bent rim too. I appreciate it and that they could bend out as it wasn't too bad

I went in for an oil change and to get a tire repaired. They tried selling me on service items (over $500) that were unnecessary.They said it would not pass inspection if these were not fixed.I had a mechanic friend look at things, and none of the items were necessary. 24 hours after my tire repair, I conveniently got another flat in a different tire (a small, thin rivet).It might well have been coincidence.But given the above, it would not surprise me if they inserted the rivet knowing it would slowly leak so I would have to come back.Needless to say, I got this repaired elsewhere.I will never go back to them again.

Came in for a flat repair which was done quickly and well. Also asked about when I would be needing new tires, and recommended tires based upon my driving needs. Got very helpful answers to all questions. I know some Big O locations don't have a good reputation but this one is well managed. Both my wife and I use this as our primary go to for tire needs.

I had an appointment at 9 am for one tire and an alignment. I was waiting at the shop. After an hour and a half the tire was still not done. Ended up taking over 2 hours for one tire and an alignment. I asked what was going on with my truck and they got a bit snippy with me. And then lied to me. So not a very good experience, don't think I'll be back or recomend to anyone

On 12/05/18, my wife took my truck to your store to have a tire checked for a 3-4 day leak. I purchased Big O brand tires back in July of this year and was told I had free rotations, roadside assistance and warranty. When my wife stopped in they took the truck in and began checking it. They advised the oring on the TPMS sensor was bad and it would cost 11.00 to repair. When they came out, the employee advised there was no charge because they broke the TPMS sensor and had a new one put in. They did not charge her and she left. As she pulled out of the lot, the TPMS warning light was on. Today, 12/7/2018, she took it back for a tire rotation and requested they fix the light. They said everything was good and when she got into the truck, the light was and is still on. I feel the employee ignored her request to fix what they had broke and I am very dissatisfied with your business.

Terrible!!! Said I needed my break lines replaced. 4 months later I smell fuel again so I take it in to them again. First problem... they can't find the record of working on my break lines. Fortunately I have a receipt. They say oh it was the plastic parts we replaced. Big O is supposed to give me a break down of all things needed to make my car safe....they didn't mention the metal part to the break lines was rusting. When I inquired why they didn't tell me about it 4 months prior they stated that they hadn't seen the issue. So I'm to believe that my lines magically rusted in 4 months??? Also, when they dropped my tank when fixing the break lines my float never worked the same again. Said it must have been that way when I brought it in because Pontiacs frequently have that issue. I promise you my gauge worked perfectly fine prior to visiting their shop.
