Big O Tires

I am not happy with the performance and professionalism of this location. When I bought a set of tires in 2015 it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to put on a set of tires and align the front end. Last week I came in and the right rear had a slow leak and had it fixed and balanced. The repair tech forgot to put he cap back on the wheel or did so that it fell off on the way home. My car is a 2002 Toyota RAV4. I called the next day to see if it was still in the shop in case he just forgot to put that cap back on but they could not find it. They told me to stop by so they could measure and get me another one ordered but I live 40 minutes from Rolla and with my schedule do not have an hour and a half to waste because of your workers neglect. I spent about 750.00 for those tires and should have bought elsewhere. My car needs an oil change but think I will try a competitor to see if my business is appreciated elsewhere. Thanks for the opportunity as I was thinking of contacting corporate as this is the 2nd incident.

All I needed was an inspection for my jeep. Your people insisted on lying about the condition of my vehicle to try to make a buck.. I will not be back. I really would like to have my 12 dollars back. They even tried to say my windshield wiper was tore which was a big fat lie!! I'm not the only person this has happened to.. If I could rate my experience a zero, I would!! Please remove me from the list. I no longer want emails from your company!!!

I stopped in to get a tire repaired. Less than 30 minutes later I was back on the road. They also gave me a quote for new tires when I felt I was ready for them. Very professional and friendly.
