Had to get a flat patched they got my truck in the just as quickly as if I had bought a new set

Website was easy to search for tires that are compatible with vehicle and very easy to schedule appointment for installing them that worked for my schedule. Associates in the store were extremely friendly and helpful.

I went there a few days ago. I was greeted by a friendly employee who helped me even though the store was close to closing. They where professional and helpful recommending the service I need. The mechanics did a detailed inspection in a timely manner. Then was explained the results and given the recommendations for the work that needed to be done.

They did an excellent job working on my rig the service writer was nice kept me informed of everything goin on the tech also stayed after hours to make sure my rig was done and in good running order I will definitely be back to finish my brake work and my oil changes and others things needed to my rig

Because they made repairs to my car that Dobbs had performed. They fixed it for me and did it right the first time. I'm not going back to Dobbs.

I had them do mechanical work on my truck and feel that they did a great job for a good price.Mechanic was very knowledgeable and found problem right away.I buy all tires there, 3 sets in the last couple of years.Good product at good prices.This is the first time I used them for a mechanical issue and very pleased.

Staff always treats me with respect and does not talk down to me because I am a woman. Staff explains what is being done and communicates clearly the cost and amount of time needed to complete my repairs or maintenance needed

Only thing I wish is that when u spend $1500 on tires that they would include the first alignment

We walked in, no appointment, and they guys told us there was a little bit of a wait but not anything crazy. They explained to us the price and about how long it would take. We explained that there was kind of a grinding noise and asked them if they could check it out while they were mounting the tires. Went next door to steak-n-shake and had dinner and by the time we got back they were done. They explained to us what the grinding noise was and we were on our way! Mind u this was a day where there was some snow on the ground and nasty. But they got it done quick and for a very fair price. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in the service was fantastic. He even joked with me when I asked about a Senior discount. I never had any feeling that because I'm a woman they can screw me over. That's happened before. I am recently widowed and taking care of car issues is not sometime had to deal with in a long time. Great service!
