Big O Tires

Time for my scheduled service took the vehicle in and next thing I know they had it in and started the service. There is no waiting and the staff is always friendly.

I did not have an appointment, and they got me in and fixed my problem in a few hours.

From the beginning (when I called to make an appointment) to the end ( when I walked out the door after my appointment), everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and my car was promptly serviced. I have recommended Rolla's Big O Tires in the past because everyone was so polite and hospitable and will do so in the future.

I enjoyed the quick, fast service I received even though I did not have an appointment. I was told there were two openings later in the day. I dropped my vehicle off before the scheduled appointment, and the car was done before the appointment

I normally use a tire company in Kansas City, but down here in rolla I went to replace an old tire that had been done in with no chance of repair at Big O'S Tires. They served within 15 minutes, courteous and exceptional.I highly recommend their tire services.

Quick, knowledgeable, & curious

I recently went to Big O in Rolla Mo. to get tires for my wife's Yukon and I had a specific tire in mind and the guy behind the desk informed me that they had that tire in stock but then showed me a better tire that was actually cheaper due to the special offer of buy 3 get one free. I thought that was a very stand up thing to do. I will definitely buy all my tires there.

When I called About rotation I was not sure what services came with the tires and he looked up my info and Tyler let me know I had balancing and he was able to get me in that day and my Tacoma drives excellent.

Came in with tire with bent rim did wait about 10 min for someone to come to desk from the shop but the clerk seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up buying 2 tires getting mounted and rotated to front in a relatively short time Employees were friendly and also let me know about another tire having bent rim too. I appreciate it and that they could bend out as it wasn't too bad

I called in that morning to see if I could schedule an appointment for the afternoon and was given one for 3pm, arrived about 25min early and they took me right in

Came in for a flat repair which was done quickly and well. Also asked about when I would be needing new tires, and recommended tires based upon my driving needs. Got very helpful answers to all questions. I know some Big O locations don't have a good reputation but this one is well managed. Both my wife and I use this as our primary go to for tire needs.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful plus being professional. The store was clean and everyone took their job serious.

The vehicle lost a wheel bearing on I44 while our daughter was traveling from the St. Louis area to Missouri State in Springfield, MO. It was towed to your location over the weekend. You contacted my husband by 7:15 the next morning to explain what you thought the problem was with an estimated cost to fix it. He was called again after a more thorough examination with the exact problem. It was completed in a timely manner.
