The guy that helped me was very cheerful and great to work with. I appreciated his attitude with everyone who walked through the door! It's no longer the norm. So, great when it's witnessed!

I needed a good set of tires at a reasonable price. The 12 month no interest offer was very helpful.

They corrected everything Walmart messed up and was very clear about what I needed and what Walmart messed up on.

It was awesome to deal with some so knowledgeable about the product. I was an educated shoppes and it was fun dealing with someone that knew sizes and ratings.!!(Jeff) I stopped by the next day and told him how great the new tires were!!

Even without an appointment, I was still able to purchase tires, get wheels aligned, and get an oil change in about 1 1/2 hours. Great speedy service and friendly service to boot. The shop is one of the best organized and managed multi-service shops that I have run across and I am 65 years old and have been to a lot of tire shops in SW Missouri. One minor thing that I did not get with the service was a discussion about the differences in the choice of tires other than the projected mileage life of the tires. Many customers likely would not understand or even want to know the differences in tire construction and tread design, but it is certainly something that might help knowledgeable customers make a better informed decision on their purchase. If I had asked more questions, perhaps the customer service rep did know the answers. But I did not want to push the issue or make anyone feel that they were less than informed about tire construction, etc. All in all, I was very satisfied with Big O Tires service. I did not know that MFA was the owner. I used to use MFA tire shops in the past and was sad to see them being phased out. I always felt that the MFA alignment specialists were top notch and the tires and service were top notch as well. I was glad to find the same service again in my area.
