I have been a customer for over 10 years now. The service in all stores has been great. The service in Nixa Mo. Has been excellent and the staff has always been always been honest and polite. Even when the news was not so good. Thank you guys for all you do.

The whole process was very easy. My Kia required a lot of research to get the problem corrected. Mike communicated very well every step of the way. My technician Landon was very knowledgeable and communicated everything he needed to do to fix my Kia’s issue. I believe they went above and beyond.

Big O tires were able to do a diagnostic test when I walked in with my concern. They reduce the amount of the diagnostic test considerably. They explained to me what the concerns were. They also provided transportation to my home and back to their store.

I originally went in to have the alignment on my car rechecked. Upon further inspection other issues were found to be causing the problems. The Assistant Store Manager Todd kept me updated about the status of my car as it was going through the various stages of diagnosing the problem. Very through explanation of the issues found and what the cause and fix would involve. I very much appreciate the great customer service I was given with my appointment.

I mentioned an odor coming from the car and they found a potentially dangerous brake issue. I've got an appointment to get it fixed tomorrow. Nice work, fellas!

Just came in for an oil change - They didn't try to upsell me or anything (since I'm a woman), and I really appreciate that. Came in for a service; they did their jobs and got my vehicle back to me within a very reasonable amount of time.

The Big O in Nixa MO found the tires I wanted and got them from Arkansas in no time so I could still have the discount. The store in Springfield didn’t help me much at all. He said he couldn’t get them for at least 7 to 10 which was going to be after the sale and he would not even consider a rain check so I called Nixa and they went above and beyond to help me get the tires I wanted. I will definitely drive the extra miles to go to that location and not to any in Springfield.

For this trip - it was a simple oil change on my wife's car. Absolutely smooth sailing.
