Lawrence and the associates are always great to work with. I always come back here because they do great work while also being the easiest place to work with.

I had been going to the Big O on Dale and Glenstone and kept getting subpar service. That is why I decided to visit the store in Nixa where I felt I might get better answers and help. Was treated very by staff, problems were discussed and resolved. Will recommend this store to family and friends. Just hope that type of service continues and doesn't fall. Work was performed correctly

Was leaving on trip next day and needed some work done. They were so friendly and got the work on my car done quickly and I was on my way. I have used them before and will again. Great job.

The guys at Big O in Nixa are always straightforward and no bull.

Had my car towed to there place and they worked me in. My car would not start. It needed a new battery. I asked about new tires? They gave me a price and they had time to install. Even supplied a sandwich for lunch. Was well pleased with service.

Speedy service. I noticed that even though I only came in for a tire rotation and a repair of a slow leak that turned out to be a nail in the tire, that they also raised the hood and done an inspection under the hood. Great service.

Had a great experience at the Nixa location. I always go to this location as they don’t try to oversell services that I don’t need. They get me in and out and are always friendly and fast.

Everything went as expected. I made an appt. and they got me in within 10 minutes. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, waiting room is clean and comfortable and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time.

Even though they could not get me the tire I needed they called the Audi dealer and ordered it for me. The fella that helped me really went beyond what he had to and that means a lot. This was my first time at Big O and will be back!

Competitive price on tires, knowledgeable folks and very fast service. Can't ask for any more than that! Big O has become my main "go to" when any of my vehicles need service.
