On my way into work one morning, my tire picked up a nail and it went flat almost immediately. Luckily, I was driving past Big O Tires and pulled in. Even though I didn't have an appointment they got me right in and had me out the door in 30 minutes. The service was great, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Each and every time I go to "My" Big O Tires, the staff are wonderful. They take care of my issues. They quote me a price and if they find more issues while they are working on my car, I am notified and not pressured into doing it immediately. That is very helpful and greatly appreciated. Budgets being what they are, it's nice to know you can count on them to be honest with you and willing to work with you. Thank you everyone at the Nixa, MO Big O!

They took me and worked me in for an inspection even though they were really busy, because they knew no one else in town could. That was sweet and I appreciated it since they also new I just bought the vehicle and was excited cuz mine was stolen over 2 yrs ago and I couldn't hardly wait to drive. Bless there hearts, they were so pleasant and professional and empathetic.

I ruined my tire on a curb so was a drop in client. Michael was helpful, friendly and courteous. He explained our options and answered our questions and concerns. We will be needing another set of tires for our other car soon so will be returning to Big O Tires in Nixa. Couldn't ask for better service. They had our car back to us within a couple hours. Considering we were drop in customers on a Saturday afternoon....impressive!

While changing my oil the other day they noticed that I had a nail in my tire. They removed the nail and fixed my tire. I really appreciated that. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I had just gotten off work and noticed a slow leak in my tire. I showed up 4 minutes before they closed, just to have them put a spare on because I had no jack. They patched my tire and put it back on, with no complaints that I was at closing time and I had no appointment. I couldn't be more satisfied with the friendliness and accomodations they made for me. Highly recommended!!!
