Jeff went above and beyond to help me. We had blown a tire and messed up rim as well. He worked very hard to find me a replacement. We was from out of town and on time schedule so I was so thankful for all his help. Although he could not get the rim he went out of his way to try. They made me feel safe getting back on the rode as well...

I had called an ordered tires on Friday and came in on Wednesday to have them put on. The tires that I ordered were not there, but the service person offered to put on a better set of tires for the same price. I was very grateful and very pleased with the service here.

Jeff Golden and Kyle Ray where very helpful and supportive Sunday almost closing time. I was told I had a flat tire and immediately went to the store in Independence. Jeff informed me the store would close shortly, but willing to hear me and assist with my need. Kyle Ray put my car on the rack and saw a small nail piercing the tire. It was a cold and rainy day, but they were gracious, thoughtful, polite, caring, and very professional. I was truly thankful because my mother was in the car and her safety was my top priority. Thanks again to these two men for their positive customer service.
