Big O Tires

I just need my flat tire repaired. The manager got me quickly, which I greatly appreciated. It was a very good experience, that is if you have to have a flat tire.

Each time we have come up there with my wheel problems they go above and beyond to help us with our needs and do way more than any other place would even think about going out of there way to do for customers!

I do not need to be greeted at my car, nor do I need to be offered other services, I don't like it when I am asked to do other things to my car. I know what I need done and no amount of suggesting will get me to do any other services to my car. I also don't need another credit card. I am always happy with the service I receive at "Big O Tires"� and will continue to take my car there when I need service.

The person who helped me was jeff. He was not only friendly but very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a blowout on the way to work and had to have my car towed in. Not a good day. My last tire experience was at Walmart and I waited for hours but today I got in immediately and I'm very happy.

Absolutely amazing service. Very helpful and knowledgeable on services and product. Got a full set of tires and service was completed in a timely manner. Definitely repeat customer and plenty of referrals. Thank you so much guys.

Only issue I had was there needs to be more than 1 person at the front desk. I had to stand & wait several minutes while the only man working the front desk was assisting another customer. I was simply there to drop off my vehicle for a pre-scheduled state inspection. I should not have had to wait more than 5 minutes to hand over my key.

The friendliness from the guy's that took care of me. They didn't try to take advantage of me, and how quick they got me in and out of there. Will do business with them again.

They had tires I needed, the associate who waited on us was courteous, and they got the tires put on in a very reasonable time.

This was a very last minute thing.. my plastic shield under my engine kept falling down and scraping on the highway. I called and they said come up and they took care of everything and didn’t ask for a payment! I appreciate everyone here and I will be back for another service!!
