They fixed a leaking tire that another location blamed on a bad rim.

I called first and they assured me they could get me in it was a Sunday afternoon I got there they did what they said they would and was on my way. Very happy Thank You.

I almost missed my daughters graduation because I had a bad tire, when I mentioned that in passing, your associate asked what time and where when I explained it was 3.5-4 hour drive he simply said we will get you there. And he did.

Fantastic experience. They were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. They noticed that I had an oil leak so I took it back to Jiffy Lube where I found out I had a loose oil filter. Great catch by the Big O folks.

I got a flat tire at a walmart parking lot.. I went into the walmart auto center with my 3 year old son to see if I could purchase a tire and have them put it on the rim. They said it would that I would have to wait for hours for them to squeeze me in.. so I called Big O Tires and explained the situation and Mitch, I believe was his name, told me to bring the tire in and we'll get you taken care of! I think it took them all of 15 minutes to get it done! Definitely will be buying tires here in the future!
