Dave gave me perfect service. It was 10am and I needed 4 tires installed and had to be to work in a few hours. In about an hour Dave came in to tell me my car was ready. Wow! That doesn’t always happen. I had been to two previous tire centers. One tire center told me the other tire center lied to me. The next tire center I had an appointment with 4 days in advance. When I showed for my appointment I was told my tires were not here but would be here within 3 hours. But they had 4 days to get them. Twenty minutes later I met Dave at Big O Tires and the rest is history. Christopher Grube

I had a low tire pressure on my car and was on my way to St. Louis. When the mechanics inspected the vehicle, they noticed a seal was corroded, so the re-sealed it and sent me on my way at no charge. And the service was timely! I am so grateful for their good work!

The manager who was working the counter took care of every need and made the terrible morning I was having, much better. Woke up with a flat tire, limped my way into their shop and they got 4 new tires on there and out the door in a very timely manner. I run a business and these guys are they type of people I am looking for. Very pleased.

On my way from Kansas City to home in New York having just bought, sight unseen, a 2008 A4 Avant S-Line Audi. Something was not right and picked this location by being near the highway and close to Walmart. Asked for wheel balancing and alignment if necessary. Technician gave inspection, found important issues with non-standard rim size, axel ring to fit the rims were missing on one wheel. Gave me knowledge, balancing helped car drive more smoothly and gave me confidence to get home 1200 miles. First rate knowledge, friendliness and insight. Could not have imagined a better experience.
