Needed a tire replaced. Staff was very helpful.

I called to see if I could get in as I was 20 minutes away. I was told they would try to fit me in. I gave the tire and size I wanted and was told they were in stock. I arrived and the man was working with another customer. I showed him the print out that I had and within 50 minutes my car was ready. I will be back as I have another car needing tires. Enjoyed the service.

Had the right size of the right tires in stock and ready to go. Service was done early and everything went great with no high-pressure attempts to upgrade what i had done!

My appntmt had been rescheduled b/c the safety chk tech did not arrive for the first scheduled appntmt b/c of some problem he had. This time he was there which had worried me since I needed to get that inspection done ASAP b/c of the weather forecast that indicated major storm on the way, wind & snow. This area is in the eye of a New Ice Age apparently, so I wanted to get this taken care of b/c I have many other pressing issues at this time of yr. The inspection took longer than expected b/c he found the car needed a new stabilizer on passenger front in order to pass inspection. Otherwise, the car was in good shape at 10 yrs. 18,960 city miles. My driving is to grocery store, church & a relative 4 miles away. But deer are a constant hazard on road. Wished more hunters would reduce that number a lot. Not your problem. I ended up spending much much more than budgeted for new stabilizers on both side, since he showed me the problem while car was on lift & said driver side would be next. So once again, a visit to Big O cost me big $$ I had not planned on, but I did get the needed inspection OK & paperwork to send to Revenue Dept. before this blizzard hits. If I don't do these necessary chores, they are not done. Nobody else will. I was there 2 hrs. but appreciated being shown what was the problem, etc. Both employees were polite & attentive.

I was in and out quickly. Probably with in 30min. I very pleased with the whole visit.

Restroom needs attention.

Service was great. Everything communicated to me was what happened. The staff answered all of our questions. Work completed earlier than anticipated. We are very happy.

I made an appointment online Went right in on my appointment time was done in around an hour getting four tires
