They were busy with their sale going on with 2 tires free with other service. I was not told how much I would save and there was not much choice and why I should buy what I should buy what I did. Other charges where not explained very well as well. A 2 and one half visit on Sat at Noon.

A reminder & coupons had been mailed to me & l had issues to address which might be accomplished with a coupon. It was time for oil change etc. I have always been treated well in a timely way there As an older single woman trying to maintain my 2008 car l appeciste good service. I thanked the employee who checked me out & l would certainly thank the employee who did the work in the back area. That person is crucial & l have had an experience at the garage elsewhere that could have caused my car to crash & cause untold damage. It could have been avoided if l had been warned by the workman of the danger that l barely avoided. I don't go there anymore.

I have used this location for many years. The last two times I have had a long wait on the service although I had an appointment. This last time my car set out front for a good 20 minutes after the service was completed. When I noticed it I had to find someone to check me out. The current staff is very friendly I l like the service but more attention to the customer is needed.
