I made an online appointment for 11:30 and arrived 5 mins early. I was greeted at the counter and was put into the system to get on oil change and have my rear tire fixed. It had a nail in it. An 1 1/2 hrs later my car was finally pulled in for service. I scheduled this at this time to get my car serviced during my lunch hour. It only took them 15 minutes to service my car. Not sure why I made an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and had to wait that long. I typically get taken care of and the staff is very knowledgeable. I feel that if I go through the trouble to schedule an appointment I should get priority.

I’ve had good service every time I’ve been in there. Good communication goes a long way and when it’s going to take longer they tell you and the reason is reasonable. They never try to fix extra things and warranties on tires get honored without a fuss

The manager explained the inability to repair my tire very well. I need to replace it & have the warranty so he gave me the quote to be able to come back to get it done since u was unable to do it that day. He was very honest and courteous. I also watched him deal with an upset customer with grace and professionalism. That speaks volumes and I appreciate that

Friendly and professional. Answered my questions. Gave me an approximate time when my vehicle would be ready and called when it was ready.

One tire was left 10 lb under pressure, the spare was not returned to the spare location. The tire pressure thing was a bigger deal than the spare, but it would have been nice to have all 4 tires properly inflated instead of having to stop at QuikTrip to inflate one, has it also would have been nice to have the added customer service of replacing the spare to the proper location.

My appointment was noon and it seemed to be taking quite a long time. My truck sat there for long while without much activity. When I asked about time frame the manager quickly found out that another car was taken before mine in error. He quickly rolled up his sleeves and got me rolling shortly after. I appreciate the honesty of the mistake. Some ppl would just fib their way around such an issue but your staff stood up and just fixed it

I needed to get a TPMS sensor replaced, the sensor was a little pricy but i already knew it was going to be, The guy behind the counter was awesome, very honest, I waited for my service and was thinking it was going to take a long time because they had a few things going on. it was really fast and they also tossed in a free rotate for me... Couldn't be anymore grateful for their help! I bring all my cars to this location and always have a good honest service!
