Big O Tires

I usually go to Big O in Columbia, MO and was disappointed to find that Big O's computer system is not company wide. I had to supply all my information when I went to the Independence, MO location for an oil change and questions about my brakes. In this day and age of technology any Big O center should be able to see all my past records. They also need to repair their parking lot in Independence, MO. The pot holes are large enough to swallow a small vehicle!!!

This is the only Big O’s location I use and I have always been treated respectfully. During this visit it was determined that a bolt could not be removed safely. Manager/Jeff gave me numbers to 2 frame shops for assistance.

Aaron does a great job at managing the phones, walk-in customers. The technicians do a fantastic job! Only thing I would say as a negative is time management between what's communicated to the customers. Reminds me of the contractor that says he can build your house in two weeks. But overall I would recommend this store to family and friends.

They were very knowledgeable and very fast. I was impressed to say the least.

The customer service was great they did keep me updated on the services being provided. My only complaints would be that the service indicator for the oil change was not reset and my seat was not put back to it's original position. Other than that it was a good experience.

I called and was able to receive details on the tires that I was looking for an if they would match the tread pattern on another set on the rear axle. They were knowledgeable and understood what I was asking.

My fluids were not topped off.

I was greeted in the phone, told to come right down and the oil change/ tire rotation was completed quickly

I called at the end of the day when the store was about to close. There was no hurry to get rid of me. My questions were answered promptly and courteously. I was impressed with the professionalism and willingness to spend the extra time. I did buy tires and feel they were right for my Honda Odyssey.

Everything is done pretty quick hurry up. I have never had any problems getting things done.

I was supposed to have my tires rotated with my oil change but the person who worked on my car did not rotate my tires.

The employees were very friendly, up front about the tires I was getting. I was worried I'd have a rough ride with my Lexus if I got cheap tires. They were great about explaining which tires would work best for me.

I appreciate the way my options were discussed. I wasn't pushed into buying 4 tires whether I needed them or not. Time will tell the full quality of service and tires. Thank you.

They walked me step by step through the entire process of work to be done and pricing at the same time...I was very satisfied with the work and customer service..I will be back.
