Big O Tires

Was my first time here , I have no complaints so far , we haven't gone anywhere yet .

I had multiple things wrong with my car and the service was affordable for the amount of damage. The associate was friendly and helped me find a cost effective solution

The elderly lady who came in while I was waiting needed her brake light changed.... You charged her 3$ for the bulb and 42$ for labor! Are you kidding! What a disgrace. What a rip off. I'm not from the area so I had no resources to tell her go so. Somewhere else, next time dont rip people off. You k ow it's not that laborious to change a brake light on an older car. Also without even checking my brake fluid you tried to sell me a brake flush. I just had other brake work and new fluid put in recently and you had not checked. Again trying to se people on things they don't need. I am grateful I could get my new brakes but yall want to take care of you pockets way more than you do customers.

I have been using this facility for service for many years. Even though you have changed need and personnel I have been happy with the service. I currently planning on a service visit within the next week.

Your customer service guys could be more detailed in the explanations of services done to your car. And if someone's car is ready that should be take precedence over new customers as we have been waiting the longest.

it was easy, made the appointment online, got my vehicle right in and completed my request in a very timely manner.

Jeff the sales personnel was very knowledgable.., and

I was able to get in for service, and once I arrived we did the paperwork and my car was immediately pulled in for service. The job was done in a short time and done correctly. Everyone was professional.

My tires were installed in a reasonable amount of time.

The gentleman that helped me, checked me in and checked me out went above and beyond. I appreciate this visit a lot more than my previous one.

They did a great job. Got me right in and out. Friendly on the phone too.

From the time I walked into the door the associates were very friendly until I left. After I paid and walked out the door I was able to come back and ask for more help and the associate had no problem with coming out to my car and looking at another concern I had.
