I was very satisfied with the service and how polite the attendant was.

Please explain before you ring up the optional road hazard service.

This location always explain s first. Offers best option,financially. That's important.

I came in at 4:15pm, for a flat tire (screw in tire). They pro-rated my Road Hazard on the flat tire, I bought a new matching tire (because it’s the safest thing to do). I was out the door by 6:10pm.

The service tech was knowledgeable and friendly. The desk service seemed too busy to spend a little time with questions.

I loved how they made me feel like family and I can trust them and depend on them to take good care of me and get the work done 100% right

The service was fast and efficient

Tire issue was addressed in a timely fashion and fair price

I have been a customer for at least a couple years. Get my oil changed there for a while and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

The associate were real friendly. Only thing there that wasn’t great was the waiting room. It was rough. The parking lot needs love also. Nothing like getting two new tires and having to drive through potholes. Other than those two things great location

After the website promised cheaper (lower quality) tires would be available in time for my appointment, it also had a note to call the store to make sure everything would be ready. When I did so, the employee warned that the tires the website offered weren't available, and were not good tires. He set me up with much better tires that they had on the shelf for a small price difference and a better time slot!

Nice employees. Gave me a quote on two new tires with no pressure to purchase.
