Big O Tires

They were considerate and informed me that the last company i had went to was trying to get money from me with new brakes. So we went ahead and got new tires instead. Great interpersonal skills.

Since Big Os bought NTB the customer service has gotten a lot better. Big Os always has the best prices in town. This is my second set of tires and I’ll be going back to get my truck tires. Everything there is done in a timely fashion.

Came in for and oil change and brakes but they forgot the oil change. Came back 2 days later and they gave it to me for half price. They were apologetic and handled it well so it's all good.

Always easy and convenient to set up an appointment and ALL the personnel is very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

My son was stranded on the I70. The front right tire exploded and did $4000 damage to the car. Mitch and his team bent over backwards to get my son on the road for his 1800 mile trip from Alabama to Utah. It started with a call to Mitch and he assured that he would do his best to get him back on the road. Temporary emergency repairs were done to make the car safe to drive again. He did not overcharge me. This was my son's first road trip by himself and me being in Alabama and him in Independence MO on stranded on the interstate was difficult. Good job team Big O!

Try harder to honor appt on time. Keep customer better informed on progress of serv.

There were at least 3 people who could work with customers but when it came time to checkout only one was at a register and she was busy. Please keep people available for checkout.

They are always professional at this location. The speed of service is excellent.

The service was great but very slow. I initially came in just for an oil change service and I was there over 2 hours before they came and said my back breaks were bad which would take another 1.5 hours to fix. Many people that came in after me left long before I did, and the facility was not busy whatsoever. This was the case on my last visit as well.

This is the second time I’ve used Big O Tires. I’ve very satisfied both times with my tire service. When it come time to purchase tires I’ll be back.

The ding on quality of service is because of the time it took for the tire rotation and oil change. Usually, this is done in 60-90 minutes. It took over 2-1/2 hours. The service tech who did the work was great and actually exceeded what I expected. It just took way too long. I was lead to believe he was alone working, not only on my car but several other vehicles as well. Management should have either stepped in to help or authorized overtime for someone to help. Either way, this was a management issue, not a service quality issue.

Mitch the manager was excellent. Everyone we encounter that day Aug 1st. I will be returning.

I don't remember how long I've been a customer, but EVERY time I've been at the Bolger Square Location, Independence, Missouri, EVERYONE has always been very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. If there is something I don't understand or there's additional work needs to be done they come in and explain very plainly was is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. I am VERY satisfied NTB/BIG-O customer from way back! Thanks!

It was nice the first time I went everything went real smooth ,but the second time there equipment wasnt working , they put my car on there lift to change my tires they put it on the lift wrong an messed up my running boards cause they placed it wrong which may costed thousand of dollares to fix , an on top of that it took a hell of a long time to leave there you go

Friendly staff and reasonable prices

I took my jeep in for new tires and a oil change, the service advisor told me it would take about one hour, I was there two and a half. When I got home I noticed the right fender and headed panel had greasy hand prints all over them

Actually I was the first customer of the day. So I got right in to get my air conditioning checked and charged. The associate was knowledgeable and kind. Everything worked out fine
