Big O Tires

When I got in my car to leave I had one tire inflated to 40psi and one at 25psi...also all of my tire sensors are wrong... left front isn't the left front tire etc...

It was time to replace tires on my vehicle and after checking various places Big O got my business. I have made purchases from Big O in the past and they always do a good job and the cost of the tires were reasonable.

Last year, I asked them to update my phone, but they said it would be fine. Then apparently, something went wrong with my credit card and their charge was rejected. When I called recently to ask about tires, they told me I had an outstanding bill. I came in last week and paid the bill and asked for a quote for new tires. I am still waiting.

I will bring my cars in for more service with u guys! Thank u Pickens

Ms. Carr customer service was very excellent. And mechanicthat put my wiper blades on was polite.

I wasn't greeted right away. Waited for about 5 minutes before someone came in. Didn't smile much at all. I would make a little funny comment and no smile then either. I do think almost 2 hours for an oil change and putting in a battery is a little long compared to what I'm used to. I will probably still go back but hopefully greeted with a friendly smile next time.

Have honest answers to my questions. Performed the work that was necessary at this time. Have used their routine service for years.

I have been getting a regular oil change for years at this location.This time I wasn't asked what oil change, like usually. They changed my oil to synthetic blend without my permission & now I am stuck with an expensive oil change every time when it didn't need it and it was not requested. I am very upset!

Great value for an oil change and tire rotation and the service writer at the counter was very courteous and friendly. I do have a couple of issues. (1. Needs Service indicator light wasn't reset after oil change. (2. I question if the tires were rotated. When I took the vehicle in, I had 3 tires sensors showing low pressure and one was not as I'd just added air 2 days prior to the left rear. The same conditions for tire pressure existed when I drove the car away.

Salesperson greeted ne immediately. He was curteous, professional and knowledgeable of products. Helpful in assisting me with what I needed. Everything was done in a timely manner. I enjoyed my experience.

Although they are very good at what they do, and very Friendly, they charged 807.00 for an alternator and labor ... according to what I've read, that's about 2-3 hundred more then the average cost. Should've done my checking before. However, they were quick and knowledgeable

The bathrooms were not kept up and reminded me of a rural gas station - the cleaning checklist was three weeks old. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my 900 AM Saturday appointment having scheduled a flat repair, full rotate/balance, and alignment check. I needed a tie rod to complete an alignment - delivery took an extra 1-1/2 hours, so after FIVE hours I was on my way after 130 PM. I was not offered any coupons of which I knew were available so I displayed them on my phone.
