I had a 3pm appt but didn't get in until 3:45 after I inquired as to why the delay. Tires were not rotated as coupon stated; Oily footprints were on floormats; Shop rag was left on passenger seat; Window sticker had date I was in and current mileage...shouldn't it have shown the mileage down the road for the next oil change? The guys out front were very courteous and apologetic for delay, but so obvious they need more help. Phones were ringing off the hook and customers were standing in line. (Waiting room and restrooms were very much in need of cleaning)

Took my car in for a state inspection and they tried to rack up a $1000+ bill on me in order to approve it. Luckily I went to a different company and got approved immediately. I also went in for an oil change at a later date and they changed my oil from standard to synthetic without asking, which cost more. I refuse to go with Big O from here on because it feels like you just want to take as much money as possible from me.

I went in for a state inspection & headlight bulb change. I was told it would take awhile to get to my car. It actually took 6 hours to get it all done. I can deal with the length of time but I'm upset that what all I asked to be done was not even addressed. While checking my car in, I asked that the tires have air put in them & perhaps some WD-40 be put on the door since it squeaks so loudly when opening. Neither of these items were done. The next morning (this morning) the low tire light has come on. Since I spent 6 hours there, I hoped I wouldn't have to spend any more time with doing these small items but apparently I was wrong. This is not the first time that I've requested something small to be done at this store & it wasn't even addressed. Please fix this customer service dis-service.

I was happy enough with the tires that I got having replaced all four on my F250. On the mechanic side is where I feel they failed me. When I took the truck in for tires I asked them to replace the serpentine belt because there was a ticking sound that I thought was associated with a bad belt. Wound up having to take it to my mechanic to get the serpentine belt replaced because in fact that was the problem it was not a rod or any other major problem just the belt needing to be replaced cost me a lot of extra time. I'm very happy with the tires I would go somewhere else for mechanical repairs.

I needed a new alternator and battery. While my van was there, I had them change my oil and do an alignment. When I drove off after everything was done, I noticed they had not filled my windshield fluid (the light was on). The next morning, I had a low tire (the tires had not been rotated or air pressured checked). Now, my engine light is on. For the money we spent, it was not a good experience. I am taking it to another mechanic to see what else they missed.

Yes the manager did good selling me a good deal my tires but the sales guy when I came in there on a Saturday lied to me try to sell me a $600 brake job when he didn't even take off the drums off of the back of my car to see if my shoes were bad or not he flat right out lied and said I need a $600 break time how do you know that if you don't take off the drum to check the shoes so I was really upset I called and told the manager about it

brought my jeep in to have the AC system evac and charged. After the service, the technician and sale staff showed me that Freon/oil was blowing out of my AC compressor. They blamed the compressor as being faulty and did not have any other explanation as to why a new compressor would blow off the Freon. I called back to see what procedure they used for the charge and was told that they hook it up to a machine, enter factor settings and let it add the appropriate amount. I had the system checked by someone other than Big O and found that the system was over charged, which was causing the blow off from the compressor. Pressure was reduced, system has worked great ever since. In my opinion, Big O Tires is a tire shop, and that's it. Stick to what the name says.

I have been Taking my vehicles to Big O for 5 years now, and I have always had excellent service and trustworthy workers. It is a comfort to have such a reliable repair shop to depend on. Thank you.

I came in to get 4 tires, alignment, oil changed and an inspection. I got a call a little bit after dropping my car off and said that the inspection didn't pass, due to rear breaks are metal to metal and that the front left tie rod was bent. I said that I didn't want to do the tiers just yet until the other stuff was fixed, this way my new tiers wouldn't rear. I was told that they were already putting the new tires on. I'm not able to fix the other issues this week but still need to drive my car. I'm hoping that they tiers don't go bad. I should have been told about the issues before they started putting on the new tires. Then when I picked up my car and was driving home I noticed that the new oil sticker on the window was not there. I looked at my receipt and they didn't even change the oil. Now it's another trip and to get my car looked and worked on. I was wanting a one stop and done but this is not the case.

I purchased 4 tires for my truck and was told they would check the alignment and advise me of the findings. I asked how long everything would take and was told approximately an hour and a half. All said and done I was there over three hours and they never checked the alignment and I realized that after I had left I didn't receive a receipt for the work preformed. Had to go back and get a receipt. Probably won't go back or refer anyone to this place.
