I was told my oil change would be 24.99 when I booked my appointment. It was 37 and change. Not a huge deal. I booked an appointment for 1115. I finally left at 130. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. They didn't test my brakes, didn't check my alignment, didn't check anything honestly. Didn't bother to tell me when my next oil change would be needed and just an overall bad experience.

I first want to thank the gentleman who attended the desk. We were travelling to Kansas City from a stay over in Liberty (our trip originated in Whitby Ontario Canada). The tire on the car was losing air pressure which was as a result of a nail embedded in it. We had stopped at another tire place and were told to come back several hours later. On stopping into Big O Tire, the manager addressed the need immediately and the job was done within 30 minutes. I not only was impressed that he recognized that we were travelers, but also was an ambassador to the area recommending places for us to visit. What really blew me away was not charging us for fixing the puncture and wishing us safe travels. If I lived in the area I would give this place all my future business.Truly a gem in the community that should be recognized as such.

I went in on Sunday at 1pm for the Independence location to check and see where my oil was leaking from so I could figure out if I was going to fix it or not. After waiting for an hour, the guy comes into the waiting room and tells me there's too much oil and they're unable to figure out the leak. He suggested that I go get engine cleaner and clean my engine in order for them to be able to see where it came from. That's what I was coming in for them too do. I left that location unsatisfied and went to the raymore location where I have had amazing experiences before. They were able to diagnose the problem and tell me exactly where it was without any issues. This is now 2 bad experiences I've had with Big O Tires. I'm glad you guys have at least one store who can treat customers like they matter.

This will for sure be the last time i come here. I have avoided it in the past because the dysfunction in the place is very obvious and it made me uncomfortable to put my car in the hands of angry and stressed employees. I only came in because i was in a time crunch. On at least 2 occassions that i caught and now a third because i just got back from putting air in my tires, i have paid for a service that i did not recieve. I go to this company becuase tire rotation is included with the oil change. That did not happen- again. I dont blame the store for this though. I blame YOU corporate office for not stepping up and getting this store what it needs. This store does way too much volume for you all to leave it out there on a limb. I believe there is a new manager. I might be wrong. He seems to be trying to turn the thing around if i am correct about who he is. But i wont be back, i am done getting shortchanged because the employees are passive agressively cutting corners to get cars through.

Employee lied. He said my TPMS on 2 tires was broken. They're not. Then proceeded to lie about TPMS laws to try to get me to pay more than I needed to to replace valve stems. It was very disrespectful!

I was pleased with the Independence and Kansas City Branch, as I had tire issues for two days. Two locations went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and stayed safe during the process. Thank you!!!

Had a 10:00 appointment, had to wait 15 just to talk to someone. It is now 11:15 and my car hasn't been touched. Why even make appointments...Just tell the customers I will get to it when I get to it

I called to request an appointment for a vibration problem. I have purchased all my tires from that store for years. I spoke to a guy on the phone about an appointment and i said I did not have much time to wait. He said that I could come in at 3 and they would get me right in, but he did not say that I had an appointment. When I arrived I told them who I was and explained the situation. The guy at the store said it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hrs before I could get in. I left. I have an appointment at another place on this coming Wednesday morning.

tryed to tell me that things on my cars were wrong when the part is just fine not once but 3 times my son took his truck and had to sit for 2 hrs waiting for the power to come back on i have been around cars all my life and i work for ford motor co and i wouldn't recomenend anyone to go get scamed by this place and we went to 2 differnt stores refused to do an allignment that i payed for because they just didnt want to do it i have taken three cars there and i will never go back or anyone i know

I waited an hour and a half for an oil change. I even had an appointment and it still took that long. When I started to get upset about how long I had been waiting for some one came to tell me they ran out of oil and some more was on its way. That's just unexceptable.

I bought a set of tires for my truck and I was offer to replace the tire pressure sensors and I agreed to it because the tech stated that "IT WAS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED WHEN YOU REPLACE YOUR TIRES" and luckly I was watching the tech perform the service and never did he replace the sensors. I told the lady at the counter and she stated that the tech checked them and didn't think I needed new sensors, again he did not check anything and replaced anything... so to make the story short I almost got charged for something you guys were supposed to replace...not to mention we waited over 3 hours to have my tires replaced.... "UNACCEPTABLE" I chose you guys because of the great service I received in Topeka KS.. but I will NOT do business with you guys ever again and I definitely not recommend your services to anyone... I hope you understand my frustration.
