I would not recommend anyone going there I went in and told them my steering wheel was shaking when I take off and could they please check it to see what was wrong they called me an hour later said all I needed was wheel balancing and my car is ready. Went to pick it up the problem was exactly the same as it was when I dropped the car off. They said they could not find the problem and they just think it was a tire but they're not sure. When I was there multiple customers came back with issues saying that it was not fixed

I thought I was getting oil change and rotation,well I painted a dot on my front tires and they were still there so no rotation. I called it to there attention and they said they only do it if needed. So your ad should read only if needed.

very pleased with the service. The radiator was over $320 and they are $110 for a brand new one on ebay. I was told you don't let customers supply their own parts and that makes sense but it seemed overpriced to me. Again the staff was outstanding.

The store staff was very friendly and professional. They explained the problems with my van and wrote up a repair quote. The parts were quoted at double the prices at any parts store. I will have van repaired by local mechanics that I've used before for about $1000.00 less than your quote. There was $133.33 core charge encluded on the quote which I is normally refunded when the cores are returned when the parts store. Big O store is new in the neighbor hood so I decided to give a chance, but will drive further from now on. I hope your experience will be better than mine.

This was the worst service of my life. I had to go back multiple times, even with appointments. I was told they would order my tires and call me. I never got a call so I called them. They said the tires would be in the day I called and I made another appointment. I get there and they make me wait for them to unload a truck full of tires because my tires "were in the truck" Then they came back to tell me they were not and i would have to wait for them to go to another store to get a tire to match what they had in stock. Then as I was standing there, 40 mins after my second scheduled appointment. I was asked if I had an appointment? Are you kidding me? I had to vocalize how mad I was before they priced matched the only tires in stock. which were only $20 more than the "ordered tires" Then I waited another hour and half for 2 front tires and no alignment? After I saw a guy who got there after me leave with 4 new tires I was done with this place. I will never go or recommend this place. None of them seemed to know what was going on.

I came to you Lee's Summit store with an appointment at 10:00 on Saturday 8/31 for new tires from your special. I was told tires were only in Independence and by the time they could get them to the LS store, sale would be over. I then went to Independence store and was told the tires they had were 110.00 under the sale (not a brand I had ever heard of). I asked the total price and much to my surprise the total was 620.00! How can 2 tires at 110.00/each plus front end alignment (that you required!) cost that much money. The clerk figured it twice and said it was correct. I then told them I did not want them at that price and left the store.

I was told that I had a bad battery. After changing the battery, they told me I had a bad alternator. They failed to actually test the battery or charge it to see if it was good considering the alternator was bad. The battery was still under warranty, so I took the battery back to the store I bought it from. They tested it, and said it just needed to be charged. After charging the battery, they checked it again, and again said it was good. Also, the day after I got my car back, my tire pressure warning light went off. On tire was low, as it was a cold day. Another tire's pressure was at 57 PSI. I took the battery back, and did get a refund on the battery, but it took an hour and a half before I was able to leave with my original battery in my car.

Don't know for sure my oil even got changed they didn't replace my sticker or rest my car didn't fill up my windshield fluid or rotate my tiers. Was supposed to get an inspection and was told when I got there he had left for me to drop my car off the next day for them to keep all day I can not do that that's the only car I have and don't have any one to pick my up

I was supposed to get a tire rotation, and while they were at it, change the oil. I currently have a brand oil change sticker that says i'm already 13k miles overdue when they just changed the oil 2 days ago. They also didnt rotate my tires and said there was no unusual wear even though the driver side front tire has very obvious signs of uneven wear. I'm not sure they actually did anything except charge me.

Lack of Tire knowledge just wanted the most expensive result. Went to Discount tire and had excellent service. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Will never go back.

I arrived a little early and I was greeted outside. I had an issue with my lug nuts and they let me know the issue. Very good customer service!

I left the place after they fixed my flat and the tire was not filled to pressure. I returned to have them put air in the tire; they apologized and stated that their tire pressure gauges dont read the pressure correctly. This is unexpected, as one would thing that is an important tool to have operating correctly. The tire continued to leak and another shop corrected the issueAlso, they incorrectly reported the mileage on my vehicle inspection. They are nice people, but their professionalism is poor. I do not recommend this establishment.

The person who did my vehicle Safety Inspection did a really great job and was done in a timely manner for me!
