When i walked in, and spoke to the person at the desk, he gave me an approximate time. I left, came back, and they were done. Very polite. Service was better than i expected.

My son's tire blew on the highway. So, I called the Independence shop and spoke with Jeff the manager. He said that he had a tire and could change it for us as soon as we could get there. He had the tire replaced before we could even get our car jacked up to get the spare off. I appreciate the Jeff taking care of us in a timely manner. The same thing happened back in May with same results.
