very pleased with the service. The radiator was over $320 and they are $110 for a brand new one on ebay. I was told you don't let customers supply their own parts and that makes sense but it seemed overpriced to me. Again the staff was outstanding.

Dave was helpful, informative and listened to me when I spoke about the issue with my car. He explained my options and the pricing for each. He was a pleasure to do business with.

I had arrived planning to drop off a trailer tire and wheel to get a new tire put on. I arrived several minutes after they closed. I was going to come back the next day. The gentleman insisted on installing the new tire even I was so late. Ten minutes I was already headed home. They were above and beyond what was expected!

Dave was cordial and got my car in immediately with my appointment. Very timely and professional.

Jeff handled my transaction very well. Very personable and checked on me frequently as I waited for tire replacement. He was professional with other guests as well, even as they were having a very busy day.

There was no ac in the waiting room and I began feeling sick and overheated. The gentleman who was working there was extremely helpful and brought out a chair from the waiting room to the area by the counter and refilled by water bottle with cold water.

Jeff, who mentioned that he was the only employee working that day, was incredibly nice, thorough, honest, and communicated wonderfully while the tires were being put on. It also took only an hour for the tires to be put on, balanced, and for the alignment to be dealt with. He should be considered a huge asset to this location!
