Mitch and the other man working on May 13th, 2022 at the Independence Missouri location were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I apologize for not knowing the other man’s name. I spoke to Mitch 3 different times so I heard him verbalize his name a few times. It helped me remember. I spoke to the other man only briefly but he was wonderful too. They went out of their ways to change my oil last minute with no complaint, just a smile. I will definitely be back! Thank you and God bless you all. : )))

We have several vehicles and trailers that we maintain tires with Big O or NTB. If they did tractor tires we would use for that too! We like the alignment and tire packages we purchase because it makes it so easy to maintain our vehicles tires. Thanks for doing a great job!

They took great care of me on getting my alignment done and they even diagnosed another issue for me free of charge!!! Will be back to get struts and sway bars done!

I was heading out of town and at another company. They told me my brakes were metal to metal and needed done. I called in and big o tires was able to get me in to check it out right away. Luckily for me they were able to get my brakes done so that we could get on the road without a problem! Made my day! Thank you Jeff !!!
