The personal the front desk was friendly and asked me really good questions about my issue. They even found time to squeeze my car needs in before their first appointment which meant I didn't miss my first work meeting for the morning!

The service was as promised and that consistency is what keeps us coming back. One small thing, I asked for my wife's wipers to be checked and it was missed. I believe they are over due, but I rely on you all to guide me for advice. Nothing to keep me from returning, but details matter.

I went in to have some wheels mounted and balanced. While working on the mounting and balancing, it was discovered that I needed new brakes and rotors. The Manager showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. Yep! I needed new brakes and rotors BAD!!!! I really appreciated the time he took to make sure what was needed!

Kyle worked with me, and he was wonderful. Very courteous and professional, and he explained everything to make sure I was getting the best possible service.

The mechanic that did the inspection on my car did a great job with the inspection. He came into the store to get me to show areas of concern and gave his recommendations as to the condition of the car. After giving feedback, he took care of the inspection bill so that I didn't have to pay for the inspection. I have since purchased a vehicle and will be returning to this store for routine maintenance needs. Top notch quality service!
