Very good experience

I came into the store needing to purchase a tire and the associate I dealt with was very knowledgeable and courteous. The tire was installed on my car promptry and I was on my way.

I am glad that I was not offered a credit card application. I would be annoyed if I was and the rating would be significantly lower. We don't do debt, period. Service was great, everyone I talked to was kind and congenial.

Got in quickly, tires were available and work was done in 1.5 hours.

While we like the service provided, we really resent the 30 percent interest on the Big O credit card, and plan to pay it off as quickly as possible, then only use Big 0 as a last resort.

Very informative and thorough

Gabe was great, alignment good, steering wheel off center, NOT GOOD unhappy about that, I will have to come back..... Alignment service was NOT completed correctly. I lose money for work truck being out of service. Gabe great, shop tech fell short.

Well I was getting work done to my front end and then needed to get new tires and wheel alignment and you all got me in very quick before a snow storm it helped alot thank you so much
