I don't give five stars, because their would be no room for improvement; but they are close.

While waiting in the lobby, I noted the repeated references to honesty and integrity in the vision statement, etc. on the walls. The service manager then demonstrated it by telling me he had errored in which side of the vehicle the air leak was when sending it back to the service bay for repair. He had my truck sent it back to the service bay to have the correct tire repaired. I told him he had earned my trust as he had been honest with me and that I would be returning. I explained that integrity and honesty in businesses seemed to be seriously waning these days. It was refreshing to observe transparency and honesty practiced in a business. My wife and I are new in the community and it was reassuring to find people whom we can trust with our business.

3 on the last question as I only had tires replaced and no questions regarding my service. But all the gentlemen taking care of my car were professional and efficient, and they even have me a copy of the Chiefs Superbowl Win magazine from 810 sports! Will be going back once I get this car sold, for sure

I like the way they work on my vehicles and Big o tires is the only place I will let work in my car

The oil type was incorrect for my vehicle in the Big O system. Sarah corrected the oil type in the Big O system. I appreciate that she did the correction. I hope the correct oil type was used in my vehicle during my last oil change (the first one for this vehicle).

Great customer service

I went in on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted by a lady who took the measurements of my tires and pulled up 2 choices that would work for my car. I asked about ride quality and noise. She said something really close to "I only pull up and price, I can't really help you with that." Her manager was able to swing by, but he was rushed. I ended up going home and did a lot of research and looked up which tires I would like the most, and cross referenced them with what Big O offers. My number one tire selection was not available at the store, even though I selected the store when doing my research. I was still able to get my number two option. I was not very happy with the product knowledge that the lady offered me, but I am happy with the tires I purchased, and the service I received after I did my own research.

The gentleman working on Sunday, December 26th was extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice.

I work next door so I just popped in to see if they could fit me in for an oil change. The guy who first helped me was super friendly and informative. Pretty pleasant experience at 8am. They called to let me know my car was ready by noon! Thanks for getting the job done! When I picked my car up a different gentleman cashed me out. While he was doing this, we bulshitted a bit. He asked if we had the munchies next door (dispensary). Then he grabbed a box of cinnamon rolls, handed them to me and said they were for the staff. Super awesome! I brought them back to work and people devoured them. These guys gave the best service I have had in a long time. Thanks guys!...if someone from corporate is reading this give them a raise! Please!
