I went in for a wheel alignment. The tech who checked me in was courteous. My vehicle went in for service. A little while later, the tech informed me that I had a frozen tie rod and the alignment could not be completed. He gave me an estimate to fix the work and sent me on my way with no charge! I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated and the thoroughness of service in including an estimate. This is a great shop!

overall good experience. Besides good deal on oil change I had unusual wear on the rear Sumutomo tires I had installed 5 months ago.I had payed for a 4-wheel alignment at the time and feel it was not done properly. They did replace the tires and re-align but made me pay for mounting and tire protection package again.

I can just drop off my vehicle and not worry. They get the job done and call when its ready. Walk in settle up and back out quick

Very fast and oil change was completed without issue! I didn't realize my tires were low so it would have been nice if they were inflated while doing the alignment check. I can easily do it at home, though.

The Rep was very helpful and worked with me to select the best tire option. Service was completed sooner than expected. The tires are great!

Kinda took too long but satisfied with service. Had to bring back next day air pressures were off had to have fill up. Brian did good work on alignment. TAZZ was very helpful Sara kept me informed when it was finally done

I'm glad you spotted the fact that our car took a special lug nut and I was happy that you got the price of them down. Nolan at the Belton store showed me how the lug nuts that were on the car would eventually cause the rim to fail. I am dismayed that the Big O tire store in Stanley on 151st street didn't know about this issue. They worked on this car previously. While at the 151st street store, they aligned the car and assured me that all four wheels were aligned. After my visit at the Belton store, it was pointed out to me that alignment of the rear wheels would have not been possible without adding shims that the Belton store installed. The alignment that the Stanley store did, not only jeopardized my daughter's safety because of the lug nut issue that they failed to tell me about, I paid for a substandard alignment that ruined the two brand new tires on the rear axle. I hope I am contacted by the folks that read this so I can discuss these issues further.

I wasn't met at my car, but I didn't expect to be, so I didn't mind. I wasn't offered a free alignment check, but I came in for a low tire, so that was something of a relief because I don't like to be hounded for additional services that would have to pay more to receive. The technician brought out my cabin air filters for inspection, but I declined replacement. When personnel try to upsell items, it increases my time onsite. While it wasn't an uncomfortable environment, I had other things to do. Upsells, I feel, show disregard for my time. I wasn't offered a credit card application, but I would have declined one and felt relieved that I didn't have to go through the process. It's nice to have coffee available, but a free soda fountain would be a good complement to the free coffee. At the very least, chilled bottles of water would be a nice touch. The technician did an outstanding job of finding the leak in my tire and repairing the damage caused by a nail. However, he mentioned the cost and I had to tell him that I had the road hazard policy. Perhaps, the road hazard could be made more obvious to the people behind the counter so that customers don't have to inform personnel who have access to that information.

I had an engine coolant change, and a transmission oil change. My car started making a terrifying noise once I hit highway speeds, like a snare drum. I took it in immediately and they bumped me to the top of the queue to get my car in and analyze the problem. It turns out it was just the skid plate underneath the car that had worked its way loose causing it to vibrate at high speeds. Glad they took care of me so fast.

I called to see if they had an opening and was told to bring it over. Once I arrived they were quick to get it in and out.
