Kyle was very helpful and very friendly. I feel like he was honest with me about what my options were regarding my vehicle and when the Raymore store didn't have 4 of the tires I wanted to purchase, he offered to go pick them up from another location for me! I can't say how much I appreciate Kyle's help and the service I received from everyone there! I will definitely be returning to this BIG O TIRES for ALL of my future vehicle maintenance needs and recommend them to any and everyone! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

I have Nito tires that have inside and outside positions. When had the rear duallly tires done a couple of months ago they mounted one with inside out, this time While getting front tires asked that they fix that issues and rotate the backs side to side. When I picked pu they had not done this and then I had to show they about the inside outside and why the tires needed to be switched. Moral of this story do not think you are smarter than the customer they just may know what they are talking about. Have a good day!

I scheduled an appointment for a Sunday. Associate called me to explain they did not have the tire I wanted, BUT they have similar tires. Furthermore, they could get me in immediately, freeing up my Sunday. Topnotch customer service.

The only thing I have is the following day my tire light came on and tire was at 20. All my tires were low. That should have been checkef

All went well, better than expected.

The process of checking was simple I came from KC and there were plenty of service technicians available so not s long wait at all.

Made an appointment and received service at the scheduled time. Big improvement from the last couple times when walk ins were taken a head of appointments. Nice first step to gaining full confidence in service

Kyle & Mike were incredible. They were extremely generous, kind and forthcoming. I felt like I’d known them for a while although this was my first time meeting them.

I have to wait for someone to come out in the lobby when I picked up my car.

I had my tires aligned, they aligned them but my steering wheel wasn’t straight. They were very quick to fix it and make it perfect!

The associates were on it. Explained what needed to happen, then made it happen, at a very reasonable cost.

Very easy to make an early appointment, easy check in, quick service repair, explained process of service, paper print out, and all for a fair price. I will return.

The way you check antifreeze, is joke. The little paper sticks you dip the fluid in is so small your own employees couldn't even read them. They couldn't tell me what temperature it was good down too.
