Big O Tires

Good oil change and checked problem I was having with wheel. Employees seemed to know what they were doing. I had to pay extra for 1/3 quart of oil. I asked for rest of quart since I had to pay for full quart, but I didn't get it.

There was an issue with the time I selected through the website. The associate called and advised of another appointment the same day.

After a last minute decision, got right in & out, changing 2 tires on a Saturday afternoon. Good job, thanks!

I dropped off my car for an appointment. Mitch Smitley provided great customer service. He was very friendly at check in and check out. The car was able to be looked at before the scheduled appointment and Mitch called to tell me what was found.

Was very good about scheduling and fitting us in, was good to my daughter (who's car was being serviced) and got to the work and completed quickly and called when was done

Fantastic customer service, I went in and they were able to get me a quote quickly and was also able to diagnose another issue quickly. I have been here a couple of times and they are always nice and complete the job in a timely manner.

The service wad good. However, after the compmetion of the new tire, I had noticed the tire was really low. After I checked the tire pressure, the technician did not inflate the new tire correctly.

Happy with customer service and associate. Called ahead for appointment, so did not have to wait. (Ladies room out of service and men's room was nasty. )

I have been coming to this location for more than 12 years, which means I have experienced both the present and previous owners. I made an appointment and waited for my confirmation email which never came. I made a 2nd appointment and never heard back. I had to call the day of to confirm. I stood at the counter and the young lady sales associate only acknowledged me when I spoke to her. The mechanics drove my car and did not cover the floor mats with paper, they forgot to put a sticker on the windshield I had to ask for one. the manager himself was very courteous but his team lacks is the "service" department.

I was definitely in WOW mode with the Friendliness, service, present and knowledgeable. Overall all athe speed of both services. 5 STAR

I had a coupon for 39.99 that included tire rotation AND balance but was told the coupon allowed only a balance check. Actual balancing would cost $10 per tire. I still have the coupon. Can someone explain it to me?
