Synthetic Blend or Full is all they use. Which makes using the $19 coupon for an oil change, not quite accurate. Total cost was $28. Hmmmm.... Overall though, happy with service at this location.

My appointment time for an oil change was not behind schedule. Contacted by phone to see if I wanted additional, neccessary work done while my car was being serviced that day. The extra service did not take much longer to complete.

Would have given 5 stars, however the place was freezing and when I asked was told the y have no control over that at the store. Also TV was not working and was told that they have been trying to get it replaced for weeks now.

Was not told they didn't take checks till after tried to sell me 11$ lug nuts when I can buy for 5 other than that ok service

Quality service in a timely fashion.

While I've historically had fabulous service from this location, which is why I brought my car back to it this time... This time around I was less than impressed. First it's slightly annoying that while I had an appointment, which I showed up 20 minutes early for, it took them nearly an hour to get my car into the bay. I also asked for a more comprehensive estimate of what would be recommended repairs beyond my initial suspicion that new breaks were needed. I was not reassured that they'd looked anywhere other than just the breaks so I'll be taking my car to the dealer for the rest of it after all.

Mark kept me informed about everything how much it was going to cost how much it could cost what I needed to do later it was just very informative

I recently took my truck up there to get a tune up because the check engine light was on. They changed wires and spark plugs and said that the engine light was off but the engine light was on before I even left the parking lot. I told the guys there so they said maybe some other problem that cost 6 or $700 and my truck is idling worse now than before I took it so I wasn't too happy. Also my driver side window wouldn't come down and he said it was the window regulator and motor that he could fix for $300 turns out the window was just off track and I didn't have to spend any money to get it fixed.

I was charged 27.00 last oil change and go in this time 60.00 oil change not happy on it had the coupon you send me. If the price increase is like that I won t be back valvoline firestone and wal mart right by and cheaper . Please advise

Friendly service and complete service

my son brought the car in after we had been to the alignment shop. they said he needed tires before the alignment because 1 was bigger than the other. you guys said he needed control arms and ball joints. i took the car to 3 other auto shops and none of them said the ball joints were bad or even loose. you wanted a 1000.00 dollars to do the job. is the company that bad off that you have to make stuff up to bring in revenue? your tire price was good. your mechanical side sucks. i will never use you again even for tires. i despise liars and people who cheat others just to line their pockets

It's the only place in town that respects car appointments. The service was quick the attendant was helpful.

They tried to sell me parts and services that I didnt need. Tried to say my rotors needs to be replaced because they were warped and wanted to charge almost $900. Went somewhere else and they said the rotors are fine, just need to replace the pads.
