I have been coming to Raymore's Big O' Tire for about a year. I set an appointment for my tires that many do not carry. I set an appointment, the manager said they would have my tires. I showed up for my appointment and they had sold my tires. I was told I should have paid for them prior to putting them on my car to secure my tires would be there. NOT the way I would have done things. Sadly, had to go somewhere else.

The service was great until I discovered that I was given the wrong tire. I was already out of town at this point. They had generously carried the tire out to the car so we did not get to see the tire until we were 25 miles away. When I called to let him know he gave us the wrong tire he was confused and as if he didn't believe me. Needless to say I was very displeased. I should have gotten a partial refund or they should have offered to bring me the correct tire. This experience has been awful and it's highly unlikely I'll ever be back.

I paid $125 plus tax for up to an hour of diagnostic service for my 2013 GMC Yukon. For this price, I got a few minuets of verbal description of the problem, no written diagnostic, I got a written estimate to replace the engine, a verbal option where the engine would have to be taken apart, some of it sent off to some unidentified place for fixing then engine would be put back together. Estimated cost to replace engine over $12,000. When I asked about the fix option, I was told it would be more expensive than the engine replacement job.I asked for a written description of the engine problem, got a hand written note on the replace engine estimate sheet. Dissatisfied that my $125 did not buy much.

I went online to schedule a appointment and was able to do that with no problems. I needed new break pads and rotors and a oil change. Glad to get it done now before I go out of town. The associate or manager that helped me was friendly and very helpful.

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I marked one of the tires so I could tell if they were rotated. When they brought the car out, the ticket stated that tires were rotated along with other checks. Tires were NOT rotated. Manager says "Sorry, we'll put it back on the rack and rotate now". If I wouldn't have marked one of the tires, I would have never known. RIPOFF!!! won't be going back and will tell all friends also

I came in off the street with my wheel off my 2008 Shelby GT500….for a tire pressure sensor problem, NOT caused by Big O tire. I explained the situation, Mitch explained that the Mount and balance would be this much, parts extra. Within 1 hour, Mitch called me with a diagnosis, and price, and I told him to fix. I went to 3 other repair facilities and they either didn’t even want to look at it, or gave me a run around about price, etc.

I went in with a flat tire and they were able to fix it in a friendly- timely manner. Mike was up front honest, trust worthy and respectful. He was very helpful and was able to communicate effectively.

Took car there to get a power steering fluid fix. Had to take it back 5 or more times cause problem was still not fix. Now just took it back cause it's still not fix and all of a sudden it's a different issue. Same noise when I turn same issue I'm having with my car but now they want more money. To me they didnt do nothing to my car and but fluid in it and when it leaks I have same problem and had to bring it back. Now they want more money. No way I paid $1100 to fix it and it's still not fix

Multi point checkup and tire rotation during oil changes, keep me informed about the condition of my car and notify me of future service needs. I save money with Big O Tires compared with a car dealership service department.
