Big O Tires

Lack of communication and quality of service.

This location is always extremely clean, including stocked coffee.

I was charged and the problem was never fixed. Given a garage excuse and still charged.

Sales person was very friendly and knew what I needed go me right in and out with no problems

Came in for an alignment, left with a $1,400 repair estimate that didn't need done! Don't go here if you don't want ripped off!

The oil change was on sale for 29.99. I had to pay $54. They then tried to tell me that my tie rod end was loose and I needed a new one or the damage if it broke while on the highway could be catastrophic. They quoted me at 500 with an alignment in the quote. Why do I need an alignment. Oh because when I get in my car to get a second opinion, my alignment is all messed up after just an oil change and tire rotation. Went to another mechanic, bought the part just in case, he takes my car apart and guess what, the tie rod end was perfectly fine and told me to never go back to that place. Your workers tried to screw me for 500 dollars of work that my car didn't even need and they messed up my alignment with a tire rotation. Horrible horrible place.

quick, efficient and fair

Two years ago, we purchased tires at this location when it was under the NTB name. When the tires were purchased, we were given paperwork that showed that the tire warranty and road hazard protection would be honored at any NTB or Big O Location, as well as a couple of other brands. When I arrived last week to inquire about repairs to one of those tires, I was told up-front by two different people, 'We don't honor those guarantees.' Extremely poor customer service approaching outright dishonesty. We were either lied to at the time of purchase, or we were lied to last week. In the future I will refer my friends and family to other chains not associated with your company, and will tell them exactly why.

Brian is the only person I will let work on brakes, alignment, and suspension. I will wait for him to look at or work on any of my vehicles. I have known him for years and will not use anyone else. If he moves, I will follow him.

I went in for an oil change and asked if they would check my brakes. They brought back a list things I didn't ask them to do and quite honestly didn't need to be done. Shady, won't ever be back! I got the oil change there but took it down the street for brakes $300 cheaper. Trust is so important and they blew it!

Had an appointment they got me in before appointment time. Big o tire in lees summit mo left me set for 1 1/2 hours after appointment time and never did get me in. Big o tires in Raymore Mo a lot more efficient.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, I got the oil change but not the tire rotation as I was told I had nails in 2 or my tires and they couldn't fix it, I went over to discount tire and it wasn't a nail at all it was something stuck in my tread, and no damage to the tire. The guy at the front desk knew nothing about why my tires weren't rotated. Poor communication.

I was able to have oil changes scheduled and completed for two cars easily. Everything went smooth and the gentleman that helped me was very courteous.

Worst service ever and I want be back. Due manager Mark.

At big o tires they do a good job and I get all of my cars worked on there becuase they are the only ones I trust to do the work

Both days I went they told me they were to busy to help me. There were several bays open and at least an hour or two left during business hours. I want be back, just lost a customer
