Big O Tires

Just needed my tires rotated and balanced, it drove terribly, had to take it to Lee Summit store to make it better. Not good but like it was before I had it done at raymore

My tire service was performed in a timely manner and as I expected.

I purchased two tires and alignment package which was not done even tough I was charged for it. The alignment was not done due to parts that needed change prior to alignment . On my second visit to do alignment that I was charged for on first visit they tried to charge me for a one time alignment due to the parts replaced that your techs suggested. I refused to be charged since I paid for the alignment package that was not completed. Hesitantly the alignment was done but I did not appreciate having to fight over work that I paid for. You need to communicate what customers are paying for with alignment package if you do not do alignment for work done throughout the time of alignment package term. If I knew I would still have to pay for one time alignment when I have to have a part replaced I never would have paid for a worthless package. If I was misinformed and alignment package does cover alignment after replacement of ball joints etc please let me and your employees know.

Store manager went above and beyond to help out. This is why I continue to come back and use Big O Tires for all services and tires.

New tire went flat. No apolofy or help fixing the issue to get tire back up. No follow up.

Greeting was polite, technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He keep me updated on my vehicle.

I like the prices however the service was very bad i would tell other of this problem

They take care of my needs as I drive around 10,000 miles a month and just drop in and let them take care of my car.

Not pleased at all. I invested a more than $700.00 for the service and can not verify that all services notes on the invoice was performed. First finding-the scheduled maintenance clock was not reset. I returned several days thereafter to have that completed. Though stated on the invoice it was completed. The invoice stated other function checks were performed to include a check of the battery. When I returned to get the maintenance clock reset - I inquired on the absence of evidence that all of the listed checks and services was performed. In the past - a technician would discuss/review the performed work and findings. This did not happen. The manager could not put his hands on any related documents to verify the services were performed. Wrapping this bad visit up - I informed the manager that since the service was performed my vehicle struggled to start on several occasions. This leds back to the invoice stating a battery check was performed. Again - there was no document evidence the battery was ever checked. Upon my request - a check of the battery was performed. I ended up purchasing a battery. This was truly a bad visit. Too date - I do not know if the brakes were checked - fluid levels and etc. For certain - I invested $$$ for certain services that were not performed initially- some only after I returned. I did not have any such issues with NTB. I had to channel Ronald Reagan- "trust but verify."�

I was very disappointed. We have been there 2 times in past 2 weeks. First visit was for an alignment. I was told needed a bearing and wanted to charge over $600 to replace. $400+ just for part. I was able to get bearing at local auto part store for less than $150 & have it put in by another place for alot less. After bearing was replaced went back for alignment and tire balance. Was told the tires we not round and they could not be balanced and I would need new tires. I again went to a local tire shop and they told me my tires were fine and balanced them. We will not be going back to BIG O TIRES!! Which is a shame because we are out money because the first time we were there we bought the 3 year alignment package. They RIP you off and try to sell you things that you do not need!!!

Scheduling was easy, they got me on on the same day. My oil change seemed to take less time then it does at other places which is great when I have to wait for it.

They didn't know what size of tire goes on my car, claimed they had no way to look it up, argued with me about what size tire did go on my car. Put the new tire on the front passenger side of my car instead of the front DRIVER SIDE which I specified several times. This issue caused me to be late to pick up my children. I will definitely not be returning to a Big O Tire store and I definitely will not be recommending them to anyone.

The supervisor was extremely helpful and honest.

Went in for an alignment,oil change, and 2 tires. Was told they couldn't do the alignment without changing my inner tie rod, because it was seized for roughly $300. I told them I didn't have a problem before so don't do the repair. Then after picking up about 200 miles away my car started shaking and I could smell rubber burning. I pulled over had to buy tools and fixed my alignment with a pair of pliers and a crescent wrench. Now I have a ruined tire and they won't fix my car because I denied repairs. REPAIRS THAT WERE LIED ABOUT. Of I can adjust alignment on the side of the road then it is not froze up. I am a mechanic by the way. I used to use big o because I don't have time to work on my stuff. Used to use them.

Having been a long standing customer with NTB and then Big O and I am no coming back. The last three times I have made an appointment. Only to show up and be told that I won't get service for hours beyond the scheduled time. if you can't honor appointments don't take them.

When they handed my husband the invoice, it said we owed $0.00. I don’t know why, but you fixed our tire for free.
