I waited 2hrs for an oil change that inhad scheduled to be done 4days in advance. Not once did an employee apologize or give any explanation on why my service was taking so long.

The Manager (Sarah Cash) ensured that the issue with the 5 yr battery purchased in 2017 was handled in a timely and professional manner.

Super slow and they could care less.

All aspects were discussed clearly. The battery arrived as expected and was installed quickly and carefully. Everything went very well.

I'm turning you all in to Better zBusiness,poor service n over charged me for oil change.And someone stole my charger to phone.

Ease of scheduling, timeliness of service

There was an issue with my vehicle after the oil change and no solution was offered only denial of the cause of the issue. In the past, there was help, advice and possible solutions offered. I will not be returning. I will pay more and go out of my way before I return. I will also be telling anyone I have referred that the new management has ruined the service.

It a excellent visit. Staff was great and it seemed like I was in and out in no time. I will go back again for oil change and when I need the tires. Ty fir the excellent service.

After having my oil changed and a cabin air filter now my fan is making horrible noises. I'm pretty upset. Also my service engine light is on. So back it goes and I'm hoping they can figure out how to fix the issue. The fan was not making any noise when I went in there. So it's pretty obvious something happened. Not sure why engine lights on either.

Called to talk to sales rep and he explained everything very clearly and they had the tires in stock. They were able to get us in within 10 min of calling and only took about 45-50 min tires to have a new set of tires on my car!

I showed up for the appointment and was out less than 30 minutes.

They are there when I walked through the door and they took care of the car and were very safe with my car. I would come to you when we have a problem with our car. Thank you for everything you have done

The service attendant was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful about my needs.
