I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. They got me right in and I was back on the road in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with their work.

The whole experience was the best I have ever had from making an appointment to paying for the services.

I was originally scheduled for new tires with Firestone across the street. Upon arriving they did not have my tires in stock. The attendant said he couldn't even order them. Then when my husband told him the tires on the car are Firestone tires he went out and came back and said he could order them and it would cost Around $850. We decided to go across the street to Big O tires. We were greeted by a outstanding attendant who right away knew what tire size and gave us many options. Including options for same day or upgraded options for the next day. He was beyond helpful and a huge reason we purchased (Nguyen). With our warranty and upgrade we saved $300. Upon picking the car up the next day, it drives great and the bill was not 1 cent off from the quote. Absolutely amazing experience from the front counter to the drop off and the men who worked on my car.

They checked out our concern and found no issues. It was free and they let us know how our brakes were wearing and that there were no issues.

Due to the location of a screw in my tire, it had to be replaced. It seems my specific make of Big O Tires has been discontinued. Brendan Blythe called around to find the only tire available one and personally drove out to get it.
