Big O Tires

I wasn't planning on buying a new set of tires the day I was at Big O. But, due to the state of the tread on my tires, I knew I had to get some soon. When I went into the store, I was met by the store manager who explained my tire options thoroughly. I then explained to him that I have been unemployed since June of 2019, and he showed me the financing options they had available. I came back later that day to purchase the tires and have them installed. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half to have them installed. I had to be somewhere in an hour, so I asked them if they could do it sooner, I'd appreciate it. After 30 to 40 minutes my trucks new tires where installed because they put two people on the job instead of just one. Doing this allowed me to be on time to where I needed to go to next. The service that day was impeccable, and I couldn't have asked for more. I'll definitely be going back again and referring my friends and family to that location.

I was highly satisfied because I called several locations for me size tires. No other company had a tire for me and when I made the call to big o tires location they checked there system and gave me a big o tires location that had a tire for me

Quick service

Time was taken to explain how my tires were doing and why rotation was not good at this time. My battery checked out and caps were placed. This was a big concern for me.

Went to Shawnee store was ready to not go back. But another flat so I went to Belton store and treat better,

Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to explain our cost options. Our tire service was performed efficiently and was completed by the time promised.

I had never been to a Big O Tire store until recently. I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the fair prices. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this location. The staff was friendly and helpful, they did everything they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in. The manager Ted was very nice and pleasant to work with.

Brendan was a life saver. He gave me an education on tires and lead me to the right brand for me. I now know more about tires than most and am appreciative he walked me through how tires work. Brendan was awesome.

I had a request for tire rotation and was able to get in right away and had very prompt service.

the Lady at Firestone in Raymore, Mo. did not have the tire I needed and I could not wait for her to get one. She called Big o tires who had one in stock she sent me over waited a short time and I was off. Great teamwork
