Was told that they were very busy and that it could be close to a couple hours before they could get my car finished, it took less than a hour, very kind and knew what they were talking about. Thanks for the great service...

Kyle was very helpful, and he was very nice. Sometimes coming into car places makes me uncomfortable, but Kyle was amazing!!

I went to store 025027 in Raymore Missouri and a young lady by the name of Sara, she did a excellent job in helping me find the tires I needed and answering my questions even though she was by herself and helping 5 others customers and the phone. I would definitely use your store again and recommend anyone needing tires. I would hire a employee like her in a hot second.

I have taken my work vehicle to Max Motors Dodge in Belton in the past. Every time something has always been wrong when I have received my truck back. This did not happen when I took it to Big O. The guys knew what they were taking about, didn’t lie to me and kept me informed about every step of my service. I will definitely return with my work truck and now, my personal vehicles.

Wife had a screw in tire - they evaluated quickly and offered a few options. Were very quick taking care of the problem - which unfortunately for us was buy 2 new tires. But seemed to be the best outcome for us.

Not everything went according to plan, and I could tell that the clerk was stressed out, but she handled herself well. Most of the problems seemed to be around not having what the customers needed in inventory. Maybe some more work could be done there, as well has have a better system of getting inventory quickly if in a deficit.

Brendan really helped me understand what was wrong with my truck, what they were doing to fix it, how much it would be, and how long it would take.

Super deal on synthetic blend oil change, fluids check, and tire rotation! Regular price is lower than what we've been paying at another service center for years. Added bonus was the steering wheel, key fob, and door handle wasn't filthy dirty from the lube technician's hands. Only con would be they didn't check the tire pressure, so had to go put some air in.

I had a tire under warranty that had a screw through the sidewall — the tires had been discontinued — Mike worked with me to find a suitable replacement
